How hard is it to read an order? Busy drive thru so a little wait, but that was okay. Was ordering for a few people so was ordering a lot of food. We were read back twice what we ordered and it was correct on the screen as well. They stuffed everything into 1 small bag and gave us our drinks afterwards when they realized they hadnt handed them to us. We tried to check and make sure everything was there but the bag was so small and stuffed we couldnt. We drove home and that is where we discovered the issue. The burrito supreme from our #1 was missing and our crunchy tacos were squished and broken because they were tossed into the bottom of the bag. Our taco supreme was just a plain taco. Never have had issues at other Taco Bell locations before, but wont be back to this one.

Service is WAY BETTER here, food is consistently well prepared, and the dining area is usually clean/maintained. This Taco Bell has a rocky history with locals (myself included). I havent had many issues with my food orders being incorrect, but they use to have a really strange kid working the drive thru that would do things that were peculiar (like when he admired/commented on my ordinary debit card). I think he was doing it for laughs, but his behavior put me off enough to not go out of my way to get to this location. FYI, the hardest to read drive thru menu youll ever experience (see picture).

The worst taco bell service i have ever had. was there at 2:10am on sat. I ordered 3 reg. tacos. The told me they were about to close and could not open or cook anymore meat. When i pulled up to the window the Mgr. gave me the finger. I have been there on other times and they were closed before 2am. And if you look next door McDonalds has a line out to the road. Now thats good business. You can believe i will tell everyone i know not to go to this taco bell.

Food is wrong every time i go through the drivethrough and the employees look at me like im the dumb a$$ that gets the order wrong every time i go. This last time really got me when the manager was telling me i needed to move because the line was building up AND THEY STILL DIDNT HAVE MY ORDER RIGHT! IN SHORT DONT WASTE YOUR TIME TO GO THERE AND IF YOU DO YOU BETTER CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE!

15-30 minute wait then they tell you that they dont have the product needed for your food as your at the window and it would be another 15 minutes to make. Then they dont know how to give you your money back like it something that cant be done. Theres all way a 15-30 wait time. One star is too much. I go there daily and will not stop there better places to go.

Unfriendly. Especially Ralph. He is the most unprofessional, rude, disrespectful, and pompous employee. And he doesnt seem to understand "customer service" at all. There are 3 or 4 people (Joyce, Beth, and Dana) that seem to give genuinely good customer service (mornings -Monday, Tuesday, Thursday). Still... Other locations are worth the drive!

When I left I was still starving Told them I wanted a chicken chalupa. They gave me beef then I asked for a chicken chalupa. Lady came out and said we ordered a beef chalupa. They made me feel very unwelcome by the tone of their voice. Person in my party didnt get what they ordered at all. Do not go here, go to McDonalds like everyone else

Well I ordered 2... Yes two items and I have been sitting in the car for 20 effing mins! And you know what I see at least 2 employees just standing there twiddling their thumbs... Wait now he decides to wipe a tray... So productive... I will NEVER come back. I shouldnt have passed taco casa. Truth.

I was hesitant to come here after reading the reviews. Although the drive through menu is a little hard to read because its placed after the ordering speaker but its not a huge inconvenience. Order was correct girl at the window was very polite. I will definitely come back.

We ordered our food via app. Im a picky eater and so are my kids. So our order was quite difficult. The woman working drive thru was sweet as can be. Read our entire order back to us twice to make sure everything was right. Food was delicious and everything we expected.

Ive been to this taco bell so many times through the drive thru and they never answer. It is still opening hours the time I go . I can see the workers just there . At least have respect to let us know your closing early . I usually go around 11 or 12 .

The manager Daisy is VERY insenitive..is a money only person..i was short for my food...she is a Trump Supporter..and is not Christian .she needs some sensitivity Training...Amen for food..i dont recomend using her Bathrooms either..Roaches.alot
