I ordered red snapper and give me Catfish. Im sorry Baytown I grew up selling fish in my country and I know mostly of the fish. You dotn cheat to people baytown. thats bad. I actually trasnfer to eat in this location cuz in the other Baytown I ordered snapper as usual cuz its my favorite and they give me tilapia fillet~! what a scamm! I knwo whats the taste of tilapia and how it looks like and i got into arguments with the cashier cuz they wont admit it. I am not asking a free food or what i just want them to admit that they gave me a tilapia. It was late at night and I need to go home i couldve call a police. Dont fool people , owner of the baytown please tell your employees what kind of fish you are buying for them to cook for their customer! Not that if a customer order snapper you will give tilapia or catfish! makes me soo upset at that time esp i was super hungry! But i really quit going to baytown they are not getting any business from every again. To all customers that want to go there and want to order FISH, check on it or try it before eating all of it! try if its really the one you ordered. they dont even deserve one star. but i give one star cuz of the wvery young waiter that is really very accomodating and nice kid.the oen star is just for the waiter.

I love the Baytown seafood chains and have been eating at them for years but I must say, this location SUCKS!! I have ate their twice, first time sucked but I decided to give it one more chance.. The waitresses are young and play on their phones instead of checking on their customers, food was not good.My kids took one bite and would not eat their food and they are not picky eaters. Never again!

No rating, just ranting! Dirty place, was there for an hour, had to ask for our appetizer, watch 3 tables get there food, and they came in after us, they hadnt been there a half hour. We asked for the ticket, oh your food is ready NOW, no we want the ticket. Cost us 18.00 and change to get shrimp cocktail, and two drinks? Wont be going back, no sorry or anything!

Tables were sticky, roaches coming out of the cracker basket, walls and restrooms dirty. When I got my food the red snapper was soggy and tasted horrible. When I told the waitress about the roaches she decided to tell me exterminator had just came and that was the reason there was so many dead roaches around the hall by the restroom. Needless to say I didnt eat.

Did not know all the other locations were closed and this was the last option. The food was cold and dry. The bathrooms were rock bottom disgusting with the employees kids backpacks laying everywhere and feces on the toilets. The previous reviews are correct. Avoid this place. Im surprised health inspectors have not shut this place down.

This place was dirty and the customer service sucks. It took us an hour to get our food from the time that we ordered it and our waitress was very snotty and acted like it was an inconvienence to come to our table the whole three times she did. Never going back. To be honest this place doesnt even deserve one star.

The food was very good as well as the service. All items were served in a timely manner which was awesome everything was hot and fresh!! My visit was only with my husband but we will return with our two daughters so they can enjoy! Two thumbs and ALL FINGERS up!!! Great job Baytown Seafood
