We have been going here for 3 years now & after the awful experience tonight, we will never go back. We placed a delivery order which didnt total $25 (which is the minimum), so I added one entree & they told me our new total was $42. Not sure how we went from $20-$42 with one item?!? So, I decided to cancel the order & the kid yelled at me!!! I couldnt believe it. These people have no customer service skills whatsoever. They are never friendly & act like your inconveniencing them. My husband called to speak to the owner & she yelled at him too, like it was our fault!! Not sure how theyre even in business still! Do NOT waste your money on this place.

When I entered the restaurant, the guy behind the counter looked at me, then leaned over to whisper to his coworker. I didnt think anything of it at first and approached the counter. I asked if I could get generals chicken, but with noodles instead of rice. I hadnt even finished my question before he replied we dont do that. He immediately picked up the phone (which hadnt rang) and started putting in an order. He continued to ignore me for the next minute or two until I left. So much for having a nice Chinese place up the street from my house. From now on its Hyvee Chinese, theyre far nicer.

Were from out of town and rarely stop on our way to Bonner Springs to eat. However, based on a relatives recommendation, we detoured to BoBo. Wasnt sure at first given the small storefront and close quarters inside. But am glad we tried them. The crab rangoon is slightly garlicy and excellent! As is the egg drop soup, Yu Hsiang Pork, and Cashew Chicken. Always look on the board for the lunch special, too! Admittedly, the place is cramped and outdated. A real hole in the wall. But, the food is certainly above average and the prices are friendly.

Ordered delivery today for lunch. Ordered Honey Crispy Shrimp (I would know.. she made me repeat it back to her twice.. I said shrimp). They brought me Honey Crispy Chicken. I called to politely let them know that they had brought the wrong item. Was not even angry- was just trying to figure out a solution. The employee who took my order decided to yell: " umm... You SAID honey CHICKEN" through the phone at me. I hung up. Rudest employee ever. Horrid customer service. Will not be returning.

Ordered Dragon and Phoenix and asked for very spicy. The food was very bland and small on the portion size. It was not spicy. I was charged $1.25 for ordering through their online system. If I would have known that, I would have called in the order. Nothing here stands out. It was wasnt bad, but it wasnt good either. I wanted to try something new and chose this place due to the reviews. Honestly, it is just average Americanized Chinese. Panda Express is actually a bit better.

I used to love eating here but it has really gone down hill. During our last visit, my husband asked for noodles with his order and told the cashier that he was willing to pay extra for them if need be. The cashier told my husband that noodles didnt come with the order. When my husband once again said that he was willing to pay extra, the man behind the counter raised his voice to my husband and said something that was quite insulting. We will not be returning.

Food we really good (For Chinese food in KC). General Tsos chicken was sweet and tangy, lunch portions were generous but not so much that you had to have leftovers. Its a little hard to find, tucked behind a CVS pharmacy. Small space inside and it looked like they had lots of to-go orders compared to the dine in crowd. Not a lot of space anyway, diner style seating. Priced about average $9 for a meal + egg roll. Would go back

I used to tell everyone to go here! The lady owner was a little rude from time to time, but it was worth the GREAT FOOD they served. They now have a guy running it and and could possibly be the worst person I have encountered in the service industry. Talks down to you is always your fault even if he cant understand the request. The thing that makes it a total bummer is their food has total fell off as well...

I am so disappointed. This was our family spot for Chinese but today when I went to pick up our food, I saw the cook DROP OUR EGG ROLLS ON THE FLOOR AND STILL PUT IT IN OUR BAG. Gross! When I told the cook that I saw him do it he argued with me and denied it. We will never go back. I cant eat anywhere where their standards are that low.

I just found a dead fly in my sesame chicken:( I was enjoying my food when I looked and saw this little black thing on a small piece of chicken which I thought was a fried crumb of food but when I looked closer it had a wing on it. I would call and complain but knowing that the guy who works there is kind of rude I think hell deny it.

A little deceiving as I was unaware that I was passing through the actual gates of heaven. Bobo is easily the best Chinese food around. Ingredients are fresh, and the service is fast. Yummy yummy. I implore you, drive to Bobo right now, and order the sesame chicken. Oh, I am getting hungry typing this review, and I just ate lunch.

The overall experience was great. We were traveling threw town and I found this place on Google maps and decided to try it. Food tasted great and we were entertained by an old man speaking in some Chinese language. If your near Olathe I would recomend it to any who like chinese food.

Terrible food, terrible service, terrible people. The staff was rude, condescending, and seemed as though we were inconveniencing them while dining in the restaurant. The restaurant itself seemed rather grimy and dusty. We will NOT be dining here again. Save your money!

cashier was a total jerk because we came in at 930. tells me where closing in 5 min and cant make dumplings for me. also tells me we cant eat inside. nothing like having dinner in my work Truck. last time eat this nasty place.

Their food is fair...not bad but many other Chinese restaurants who serve better. If you want delivery (most of us do), you have to order "a minimum of $25.00." Their food isnt good enough for their minimum order requirement.

This is a great place if you are look for fast and affordable Chinese food. They have a great lunch special. The dining area is on the smaller side, so it may not be a great spot for groups of 5 or more people.

I love Bobos and have been coming there for years but Im pretty sick of the rude cashier. I was sharing food with my girlfriend and he kept my change and just scoulded me and I ended up getting food poisoning.

The best hot and sour soup in KC. I didnt like hot and sour soup before I ate here. Cant beat the lunch specials. Fantastic food for the price. Every time I go somewhere else, I find myself feeling let down.
