normally love the food here is over priced but it is sartell.... how ever WILL NEVER go back due to customer service. What happened was we ordered around noon on 10/14/15 and ordered lunch specials which come with pork or chicken fried rice (info via their website ) we ordered pork. when we got our food was delivered in a timely manner but food was cold and on top of that we got chicken fried rice instead of pork we ordered. the chicken fried rice was tasteless as well as already liking pork over chicken. when i called to resolve the matter then boy running the front was arguing with me on the phone i told him the problem he said my wife didnt order the pork ( was sitting right next to her) when she clearly had. he just didnt do his job right. i asked to speak with a manager to resolve the issues and he said no manager was there and he wouldnt give me the information for the manager or the owner. Then he hung up on me as i asked him to have the manager or owner call me back. so i went into the store printed off the website menu that states pork or chicken showed it to him he didnt offer to refund me didnt offer anything told me he couldnt help me then argued again about what my wife ordered i told him not to argue with me im the customer and he needs to service me that is how a business works also pointed out to him with customers in the lobby and the vendor taking inventory right next to me can all hear him argue with me then he shut up walked to the back and spoke in Chinese to the other staff about me (what he said idk) then did a few more things then i asked him again for the information this time he tells me " i cant help you i dont have the number" and threatened to call the cops on me i told him to go right ahead he had that right. then one of the customers eating there came up to me and informed me that the owners owned China Star buffet and there as well. so i thanked the kind lady and left called China Star and i am waiting for the owner to call me back. WILL NEVER order from there again either and if i were you i wouldnt either!!! Owner did get back to me and said will give a full refund and "talk to " that worker but if you have any problems contact China Star Buffet the owner owns both of them and David is his name he is a great guy we will go to china star still but not gardenwok in sartell

I been ordering from here for over a year now. I most recently have noticed a change in there customer service. I ordered 2 entrees and it took them about a hour and a half to get to my house.(I called and the lady who answered was rude and just told me its out the door then hung up.) Then when I go to dig in one of them was wrong. I call back right away and asked about the mix up. It was on there end I asked for lo mein but i got chow mein. It took here a minute to decide to tell me I will get a free one with my next order. Well I tried on 2 different occasions to get that free entree but either I got to show up there for pick up or spend 15 bucks to get it delivered to me with 2 other entrees. Why the #%@! do I need 3 entrees. What cant you just send out the thing you #%@!ed up on? Why do I have to go there to get what is owed to me? Will never order from them again. Sorry to anyone else venting..

My family and I have been eating here for years without a problem, sure there were mix ups, for example giving us the wrong rice, but last night I ordered online at 8 oclock. It was 9:24 and the food still hadnt showed up. I checked for the conformation e-mail and had received one. Curious I called and a woman told me she didnt have the order, that was okay sometimes websites mess up. Today, just now, at 1:13 in the afternoon a delivery guy shows up. He had our order and it turns out that the card was charged. So we said wed take the food and the delivery guy told us that the charge had been canceled and left. It was disappointing and makes me sad that this place would do that to us when weve been good paying customers.

Horrible experience! We ordered take out and could not have had a worse experience. 1st they left on on hold and forgot about us. Then they were not friendly on the phone. After taking our credit card info told us it would be an hour. Then showed up 20 minutes later and wanted cash even though we already paid with a credit card, then made us wait 20 minutes while they tried to figure it out. Then took my credit card 3 more times due to computer issues, and then I got my credit card bill with DOUBLE CHARGES. The food was fine, but needless to say we will NEVER go back.

The last time I ate here, the food was okay, but what was upsetting, is they actually charged me more at delivery than the online order stated. When I called and asked about the price difference I was advised that this was the delivery charge. I explained that the delivery charge listed online, through their site at the time of purchase stated that this was less, to which I got no real response. I asked if they could have a manager contact me as I felt them charging more than the total I was told was a bad practice. I never did hear from them. I will not eat there again.

although the food is good, the customer service is terrible. Its as if no employee has ever been trained on how to deal with customers on the phone, or in store. The woman on the phone was rude and tried to hang up immediately without telling me when my food was going to be ready. When i politely asked and tried to stop her she gave me a quick answer and hung up. I walked into the store and had two employees looking at me while seeming busy for about 10 minutes before they even greeted or asked if i needed help. And I was the only customer in the restaurant.

Worst place to go in the st cloud area. They tried to pass off old cold food that I had seen sitting on the counter for 20 mins as my order. When I asked if they expected me to take it..they got rude and immediately cancelled my order without even notifying me they just handed my slip with a refund. The lady who was running things with her kids didnt speak english ( although I suspect she did) said something and walked off. Never again your better off finding someplace to eat....

Skip it..... this is what happen to us this evening.......We ordered online tonight (got the confirmation email and all), after an hour with no food i decided to give a jingle and see what happened. To my surprise the employee let me know that "Well the website didnt provide a phone number, we cant make the order, sorry........ we really dont suggest you use the online ordering it in the future......" This was a freaking joke...... Thanks for nothing
