Due to awful service previously, we ordered online to pick-up in the store, mistakenly thinking that it would be more efficient, and waited for almost an hour and a half from the time we ordered to the time we walked out of the store with our food. After we placed the order, my partner called to ask if it was really over an hour wait for a pick-up two burritos and a bag of chips and the young man who answered said it wouldnt be that long and told us to come by about 15 minutes before the scheduled time the online order service gave us. So we came in at the time he told us and we waited for our order for an additional 30 minutes as they staff made several orders for customers standing in line. By the time they got to our order, most of the ingredients that we selected to be on our burritos (at this point, over an hour previously) were out. Being as that we had already paid online, we just left with our food. When we got home, my partners burrito bowl was less than half full due to the lack of what he asked for when we ordered... at this point, almost two hours later... Never again. The kids at this store seems not to know how to function without an adult manager in the building. Id be embarrassed to own this business.

Normally, I would have nothing but good things to say about Chipotle... Today, however, was an experience I never hope to have again. I placed two online orders before 1pm to be picked up around 2:45pm: one double chicken bowl with extra lettuce and an extra side of the tomatillo green chili salsa, and one steak burrito with another extra side of the tomatillo green chili salsa. I walked in just before 3pm and went straight to the counter, paid for both orders and was told that the second order wasnt ready. When the ticket was originally printed, they thought it was a reprint of the first order even though the orders were completely different. I was given the first order and told they would make the second right away. I waited near the counter for a few minutes and decided to sit at an empty table near the counter when it appeared I would be in the way of employees and other customers. The order didnt come. I waited a few more minutes (roughly 10-15) before going up to the counter and asking if my order had been made yet. I was told it had not been made. I waited another 5 minutes (20 minutes total) for my second order - an order that should have been ready by the time I walked in the door.

Absolutely the slowest, worst, most incompetent Chipotle location in the state. How can you take 25 minutes to make a quesadilla when there is no line at 4 pm and then STILL get my order wrong? I ordered a chicken quesadilla, and after an impossibly pathetic half hour wait, they give me a childrens cheese quesadilla, even after I repeatedly confirmed that it should be chicken. I returned to have my order corrected, but after waiting 10 minutes, I had to ask for my order again. Oops, they hadnt worked on that yet! Do these people exist outside of Chipotle? The register employee then went to the employee who was supposed to have made the order, found out he wasnt warming the tortillas, and had to do it himself. Meanwhile, he managed to dump hot water, that was intended for the dish warmers, all over the counter, food, and floors. The entire staff stopped working the counter to dry the water, while a long customer line built up. There are at least 5 villages missing their idiots right now.

I absolutely love how quickly my food is made, how easily I can customize it, how the food is made without processed ingredients (though theyre still working on a better tortilla recipe), and now the incredible summer rewards program! Im here a couple times a week for sure! Update : I removed a couple stars for a couple of reasons. Several times these past two weeks something was forgotten or missing. Twice they ran out of fruit for the kids meals (not the end of the world but Im still paying for it), last night they ran out or guacamole of all things (found out after waiting in line for 30 min to order), now today after placing a mobile order I come home to find out they didnt put guac or cheese in the burrito bowl! I know its a busy Chipotle but many mistakes this close together isnt helpful. Especially when Im still paying for it all...

horrible service. they forgot to put a burrito in our to go bag. it was just before closing so we couldnt go back. we called and told them they forgot to bag part of our order. the guy on the phone said he had to go check the camera because these calls happen a lot. after being placed on hold he says he will add our name to the complaint list. he asked how to spell the last name 4 times. not sure if he was illiterate, but he was unable to get it right and claimed he didnt have time to deal with it. I then asked for a manager and he claimed he was the manager. if he is the manager then it makes sense that the employees forgot to bag the full order. we were still charged full price, and Im sure when we go back they will have no record of our complaint

Okay, so this place is supposed to close at 10:00PM. I was there around 8:30PM. The dining area was completely unavailable because they decide d to clean early... all of the chairs were on the benches and only 2 tables were available. Aside from that, the line workers were too busy talking between themselves that I had to repeat everything at least twice... at the meat station, toppings/sauce, AND the cashier. Asked for light cheese, got a handful, asked for extra hot got like 1.01 scoops vs 1. Asked for chips and guac. Instead of getting guac, i got a whole friggen avacado in my container.... and salt lumps all over the chips. Had to brush off all my chips, and eat it with my bowl because I had an avacado instead of guac.

I am sick and tired of no matter what day, or what time of day I go to this Chipotle it is SO SLOW I want to leave, matter fact we have left. They are SOOOOO consumed with the online customers that those of us standing in front of their face are left doing just that. Standing there! When we finally got ours after taking 22 minutes to get through the line that only had 5 people in front of us...we sat down and ate. The ENTIRE time we were sitting and eating a man and 4 boys stood waiting to be served. The "bord" was full of online orders that was being filled, and thats what they were doing. We ate and left, and there they still were standing. Shame shame shame on this Chipotle. I be looking for another.

I dont like writing bad reviews. But this is literally the worst Chipotle I have ever been to. It doesnt have to do with the quality of food, which is perfect. But service there is astronomically slow. Every time I go there, I have to wait 20-30 minutes in line. It generally is faster for me to drive to the Chipotle on Cedar in Minneapolis, wait in line there, than it is to wait in line here (almost out the door always). I never see a familiar face, so maybe turnover is extremely high here so skilled and experienced workers arent here. Management is always flustered. I usually turn around and go to Subway. Please give Anoka county another Chipotle.
