We were so disgusted by the way our family was treated tonight well never go back to the red lobster by McCain mall. The young hostess treated my elderly parents so badly and was really disrespectful I was shocked. She then got attitude with me and decided shed make our family wait longer than necessary even when 2 separate waiters offered to seat our family she said no. I asked to speak with the manager who clearly did not listen to me or just didnt care. He said, "we dont take reservations" ???? Number 1, they had open tables everywhere. Number 2, several waiters said they could seat us NOW (hostess said no). Needless to say, we took our party of 8 and left. We went to a very nice restaurant Saddle Creek around the corner and left a very nice tip!! We enjoyed a fabulous meal too! Someone in upper management should seriously take a look at their evening hostess and even the evening manager. Degrading and rudeness to patrons is certainly not how I run a business.

well first of all we got to Red Lobster when the hostess went seat us walk towards the bar my-year-old daughter wow and then when I said something about it she seem to have an attitude then she too to the main dining room and try to cram it in a booth we asked for a table she had to go back and change it she said then the waitress came and they disappeared for a while and then she decided to wait on somebody else finally she took our order 20 minutes later table came out the lobster was cold ask to speak to the manager he came out and apologized and said he was going to pick some different ones then the waitress tried to come back and kiss my ass if I was you I wouldnt waste my buck on this place Ill never go back again

I have to say the food was phenomenal, as it always is whenever I go. However the service wasnt the best in the world. Our waiter was kind and willing to help us with our problems, but there were quite a bit of problems. One of the members who went ordered a steak which came out wrong twice, in which we eventually gave up on. We had to ask repeatedly for refills and seemed to be somewhat overlooked. Im willing to look over this, due to the fact that the waiter wasnt bad, rude, or outright bad. The food was great either way and usually it is a great experience this was just a one time incident, I reccomend you try it out this just seemed to be a 1 time deal.

Made a reservation for my brothers birthday with 11 people. When we got here 5 min before 6 (the time we told them was 6) we were made to wait because they JUST seated a party of 8 at our table. We were made to feel like our party was irrelevant. When inquiring about the mix up we were told our reservation was not a reservation at all but a call ahead. The staff was exceedingly rude and talking loud enough for us to hear their uncalled for comments. I would rate 0 stars if it were possible.

Lack of service as we walked in the door. No hostess for 10 minutes and then a young teenager walked up, said nothing, handed us a little "buzzer." Instead of telling us we could follow us to our seats she said nothing, our buzzer went off and she just looked in our direction and then walked to a booth. She sat menus down and walked away. The table was dirty and I even commented on how dirty it was, and she just walked off. Terrible service, gross environment.

I really try to give this place a change...over and over and over again since my favorite food is seafood. This place has always disappointed, with the last meal of fried flounder being completely inedible. Thin, dry, and so overcooked that it was like eating a piece of leather. Even the famous cheddar biscuits have gone downhill...dry and tasteless. Wish this place would make some major changes.

Over all it was descent food and the service was okay. The coconut butterfly shrimp were very good. But the stuffed crab, lobster, shrimp mushroom dish was very FISHY tasting. Not very good. New England Clam chowder was tasty but Luke warm. We had two bar drinks, Mudd Slide and Mango strawberry with raspberry swirl, was very tasty, but there drinks were weak as far as the alcohol contents.

Celebrating my birthday, it was our familys first time at this location. And... Wow! It was very clean, the people and service was exceptional. It was a wonderful experience. Emily, B was our server and she made us feel very special. She was very friendly and was preforming like it was her personal restaurant. Very thoughtful. Thank you all very much.

Ok my first complaint is the crab cakes and the the stuffed crab was absolutely not how you properly make it I am from Massachusetts and I came down from Boston to arkansas for the holidays and it is nothing like the red lobster theres the food over all is absolutely terrible but the service was an amazing experience

Our waitress blatantly ignored my mother in laws allergies she specified several times and brought her food she could not eat and was extremely rude and visibly bothered she had to wait on someone with food allergies. Will not ever go to Red Lobster again because of this.

The worst lobster ever. Dry, tough, unchewable. Should have known better, but had a hankering. I will say the shrimp in the fettuccine was nice, and the pasta was medium okay. But the lobster -- yikes! I know it had been frozen, that is no excuse. AVOID!!!

Chris was our server the night that we went here and he is a sweet and gentle soul! From start to finish, we recieved great customer service. We laughed and conversed the entire time and he had to have been the best server that I have ever had!

Awesome place to eat, great atmosphere, clean and very professional. The steak was perfectly cooked and the grilled shrimp was seasoned perfectly. Waitress was very knowledgeable and very polite. Wife had the shrimp trio, she was very pleased.

We had a nice dinner at Red Lobster and the service was excellent. Our waiter was very friendly and made sure he kept up updated on when Ill meal would arrive. Ive been to this restaurant many times and never have I had a bad experience.

Drinks came out in dirty glasses, over charged for a drink that was not ordered, table was not cleansed upon seating, and salads were drenched in the choice of dressing preferred. Was not a Red Lobster experience that I know of........

Love the food. Our server forgot we were there celebrating my parents 53rd anniversary and my sister and brother-in-laws 28th wedding anniversary. That was a little disappointing, but the service was great and the food was great.

9-27-2016 ate early birthday because of endless shrimp. Our waiter was friendly, efficient and very attentive. Husband had 6 shrimp dishes...he loved it. Restaurant was very comfortable and restroom well stocked and clean

Awful! The seafood is like rubber! Cold greasy.....hoping we dont get food poisoning. The restaurant smells bad....like a truck stop bathroom. The waitress was very nice though.
