Went there on Sunday the 5th of March. Our waiter Wilson was the most amazing waiter my boyfriend and I could have ever asked for. When they were out of the tilapia (which was the only fish i liked), he suggested several types of fish that were also light and gave my reccomendations. He was very patient and kind to us two teenagers trying to have a lovely date after being in a long distance for years. Best waiter i have ever had and he definitely made my experience a night to remember.

Crabfest is back, thankfully! Its the only thing that was cooked correctly while the shrimp and lobster were so over cooked it was like chewing plastic gum. Plenty of wait staff around for a Friday night, it appeared each server only had a handful of tables. We had a party of 9 adults and 2 children who were not offered any drink refills for the entire meal. The only time the waitress spoke to the table was during intially ordering drinks and food.

When first arrived the host seating us was nice. It took about 5 to ten minutes before anyone came to the table. A server took our drink order and it took abou another 5 minutes before the waitress arrive to take our order. Service was bad and I had too keep asking the waitress for the little things like ketchup. Had a dinner to go and there was no ketchup in the bag and no tartar sauce for the fish. All in all the service was lousy.

I only give 1 star because they dont allow a negative rating. Was promptly seated was the only good experience, waited at least 15 minutes with multiple servers walking by and looking at us. Never even got to place drink order before my wife and 3 kids finally gave up. Although the kids did enjoy coloring for the time we were there, this red lobster will never see me walk through their door again.

Great food. Ridiculous service. Was there an hour and only saw our waitress 5 times. I hate leaving negative comments, but goodness. We had our food, asked for silverware and the waitress took another tables drinks, food, and checked on them again, before ANOTHER sever came and asked about the silverware.

A good Sunday afternoon lunch spot. Our section was filled to capacity, however, our server, Nicole was very polite and attentive. Only one complaint: my 1st glass had the residue of someone elses lipstick. Apologies were given and the problem was corrected. Food was good. We will return.

Our service was not bad bad at all. And the cheddar biscuits were the same as they had been for 20 years... Fabulous!! My salad was sub par. Previously I recall the salad being good with extras???? Iceberg lettuce and three cherry tomatoes.. Thats it. Lol. The main course was ok.

This is my familys go-to restaurant for birthdays and other special occasions. We wouldnt love those cheddar biscuits and great Caesar salad, and all the seafood entrées are first-rate. Great service too. One of my favorite Arkansas restaurants.

This place is so hit or miss, sometimes awesome, sometimes abysmal. And the same with the staff. If they answer the phone and talk to you on your first call, youre lucky.
