I wish I could give 0 stars. Absolutely pathetic I drove through with my family and spent over 30$ and when we got home they forgot one of the meals. I called and all they told me was "that happens and that if i drove back theyd make that one fresh for me." Even though I live 30 minutes away. The food we got wasnt even good and thats the last time we will ever go there.

Sep 6th, I bought an 8 piece family meal. When I got home I found that the 4 biscuits were not in the bag. Then I found I had 1-wing, 3-drum sticks and 4 thighs. That was my first and probably my last visit to Popeyes. I live 20 miles away or I would have turned to whole order.

Our first time there we ordered $30 worth of family meal and sides, and they didnt mention it was on special then forgot our mashed potatoes and gravy. For the record, we saw the special sign after we paid and they did credit just the potatoes when we called. Still sucked tho.

Some of the best service Ive experienced at any restaurant let alone fast food. Went to pick up some food for my wife and Grandma and they were helpful and even threw in an extra roll. Fast food chicken, this is my place.

Always had hot food here. Place got bad publicity when they first opened. Employee got caught on camera saying he can pick food up off floor and customers wouldnt care. Quick drive thru.
