Cant even make food right. I asked for a jr. burger with everything and they came out with 2 bunks a party and ketchup and mustard and hat was it. I also asked for CHILLY CHEESE TOTS and they came out with CHILLY CHEESE FRIES 4 different times when we tried. I think its safe to say I will never eat at sonic agin if they dont even know how to make food. Ive only been there a couple times and even I can make their food better than them that restaurant absolutely sucks at making food and delivering it as well. So we got out money back and I will Never return agin.

Its a Sonic! Since Sonic is a nation-wide brand, this review is of the staff and location-specific aspects. The staff is prompt and friendly. I went with a larger group during somewhat busy hours, and the wait for food wasnt too bad. If you like sitting outside rather than in your car, the scenery isnt great, and people tend to eat with their trucks running, so noise can impede conversation. +1 star for the staff putting in the extra effort to be friendly and quick.

Ordered a super sonic burger and got a regular cheeseburger. When asking for the head manager, BJ, I was accused of taking off the second piece of meat and hiding it. After being treated like that I definitely wont be back.

Im from Sioux Falls South Dakota and there is definitely a stark difference in the service everywhere I go here in Arkansas. That is to say that the service was impeccable and the staff was very friendly and attentive.

Always clean and all the employees are pleasant. I stop nearly every morning for a large drink during happy hour. The other menu items are pricey for what you are getting! Still a fast food joint!

I had a hot fudge sundae come out with old lumpy hot fudge. I asked a manager to see it and she offered to give me one of their new thin mint blasts. Its awesome by the way. Happy customer!
