If I could give this location and quite frankly the company a 0, I would. 3 weeks ago I tried to visit this location, My husband and I were in from out of town for meeting in the evening. We saw on the way over that they were open until midnight, knowing we were going to need a late night bite to eat we made a mental note to try it out. At 1050pm on a Wednesday night we went over with 10 business associates and sadly as we walked up to the door (open til midnight sign on, all lights on, everything appearing to be open and running) were greeted by who I assume is the manager... He cracked the door and said, "Were closed" then shut and locked the door in our faces the turned off all the neon lights. As we stood there in astonishment the last customers came out shortly after our encounter and as we got in the car we watched the two employees also leave. Needless to say we were less than impressed with this new establishment in CR... So I got on their website and sent off an email to corporate explaining what just happened, I received a pop up once submitting that someone would be in contact with me within 24 hours. 24 hours came and went, I called the following Monday and spoke to a nice man that informed me the complaint had been stopped at the store level... He said he was going to escalate the matter to a regional level and I should hear from the regional manager or owner of the franchise in a reasonable amount of time, which he then told me would be 2-3 business days. Friday comes around, still no word. I called corporate back again and was told the ticket had been resolved by sending me a gift card in the mail... I explained to the man on the phone that gift card would go to waste seeing as the company itself didnt have decency to get in contact with me I have no intention of spending any money (even if its free money) at their franchise. He back pedaled and said it must have been a mistake and it would be escalated again to a regional level. Its been 3 weeks since that experience and Ive seen no gift card and received no communication at all from the company, the regional manager, the franchise owner or the manager of the location. If youre reading this to find out your worst case scenario could be, its probably getting a door shut in your face with them closing an hour early with no one wanting to resolve the matter.

So let me start by saying Ive worked in the food and beverage industry and I completely can relate to a bad day and poor attitudes for employees and crappy customers that dont understand. But what I will not tolerate is 3, 4, 5...10 times of mess up after mess up when it comes to customer service! I love the wings here! Thats the worst part of it. Tonight I entered wing stop to get an order of 10 wings to go. I was in line with 3 people ahead of me. The lady (I think) behind the counter decided because it was ringing I suppose that she better take 3 calls before getting to the people in line that have been waiting. Not just answering the phone but actually taking and putting in orders ahead of the waiting customers. So strike 1. Her manager (again I think) finally orders her to put people on the phone on hold and take our orders as 5 more people enter behind me. Then when it is my turn to order (10 wings and an order of ranch) to go she rings me up and moves me to the waiting area to which I watch 2 more people who called ahead get told their order they dont freakin have in the system so they have to reorder with them at the counter again. Strike 2. Then as I wait for oooooh about 25 mins for my order to finally show up the person (who I think is a cook staff member) who doesnt speak a lick of English (awesome) calls my name and hands me a dine in order and no ranch. Strike 3 I told the cook my order is to go to which he smiles, turns around, and starts working on another order. I sit down to wait another 5-6 mins thinking he is going to wrap up my meal to go (like I asked) but does not. In fact I have to stand up and stop what they are all attempting to do to insist my order gets placed into a to go bag now and then the cook who cant speak English decides to waive the ticket in my face saying in broken English "no ranch ticket". It must of been the look of me wanting to burn this place to the ground that caused him to hand over the ranch anyways. Strike freakin 4! Again... I loved the wings but your ghetto environment, horrible cook times, poor employees, and barely decent prices will forever keep me away and Ill be sure to pass that along to everyone else I can. Good luck staying in business... Youre going to need it.

Ordered wings on a Wed and didnt receive most of my order. This was on a to go order so I didnt notice it until I was home. It was already late and so when I called in I said I wasnt coming back that night. Angelica told me shed see if she could refund me and would call back. No call back. So the next day she said she would replace the order and offer a refund. She said I needed to call back for the refund. I called back again the next day and they said the boss wasnt in. So on Wednedsay, exactly a week later I called to place my order for the same food. I said lets just have the food and not worry about the refund. Angelica told me I waited too long. It wasnt until I came unglued the next day they offered a partial refund. This place is an absolute joke. Please do not come here. There are much better places to spend your money!

While the wings were fresh, hot and pretty good, the service was pretty poor. And SLOOOW. I waited for my order of 20 wings for 14 minutes, while 2 people who ordered after me received their food before I did. I ordered two different flavors and they were both just tossed into the same to-go container causing the sauces to mix. Then I was told that ranch would be an extra charge. $18 for 20 wings and they cant even include sauce. Overall the service was poor and prices high, not a good combination. Great concept, poor execution. Ill stick to BWW or a sports bar for my wings.

The wings are awesome. Always fresh. It takes 14 minutes to cook the bone in wings but they are fresh out of the fryer so expect a bit of a wait. They usually only have one cashier and one cook working so if the phone rings and there are 3 people in line, the cashier has to answer it and interrupt walkin order taking which is kind of a pain. Not a big deal to me, some people are just impatient. I like the wings better than the other guys less than 2 blocks away. The frys are killer also. Get the garlic par.... so good
