I have never been to a restaurant that smelled so foul. When we asked the server if the carpets had been shampooed today(thinking the damp mildew smell was maybe stemming because of that) he responded that hes just used to the smell so he doesnt notice it anymore. Our food was okay. Asked for hard fried eggs and they were runny and cheese on our hashbrowns and there was a quarter piece of american cheese on one of our orders. The waiter seemed more focused on flirting with the "trainee" ( that didnt do anything but roll silverware and make comments about us and the 1 other table there) and the other waitress that just sat and gossipped and flirted with the waiter than actually waiting on his only 2 tables. Needless to say we will not be going back.

On Jan. 2nd, 2012 my 2 daughters and I went to grab lunch, time was 12:45 PM, and we were greeted and seated right away, but that was the last we saw an employee for the next 20 minutes. After we were seated, there were 3 servers discussing the work schedule and they had their coats on. I assumed they were leaving (off duty), only to find that they were taking their 15 minute break outside, and of course the server assigned to our table was in the group. Unacceptable! Needless to say, we left and ate elsewhere, where we were seated and waited upon with in 5 minutes of walking in the door.

We had a party of 4. The bills were 2 and 2 but when we got the bills they were mixed up. That wasnt so bad but it took forever for the staff to get it straighten out. We paid with a debt card and the first bill was for $16.76 then they brought another charge to the card for $.07. Which we never figured out what the $.07 was for. Then we were told they couldnt run the card again but our bill should have been $26.37 so we then had to pay the difference with cash. Not sure if we will be going back.

Seemed a little understaffed for how busy it was which is understandable because it shouldnt have been a busy time but still had fast plesent service. Saw managers busing tables and serving the food to makeup for the lack of service which I rarely see anywhere else. And food was good...kinda hard to ruin a pancake, and potato soup, bacon and omlet were also pretty good. And staff were very friendly. Have eaten here a few times and always pretty good. Good spot for a fairly cheap meal

Only here because the last time I was here I had terrible service. I contact cooperate which in turn contacted the General Manager of this IHOP and I received 6 free entrées and beverages. I will more than likely not be returning after this visit!!! Slow as hell service waitress has no sense of humor!! Can hear people in kitchen complaining. No free refills anymore either!!!! WTH!!! This location has gone down hill and its the only one here!!!

My family and I use to love iHop, but lately its not been an appealing experience. Walked in and first thing I was greeted by was a rancid, sour milk like smell, gross. The hostess said the carpet was wet from something or other and thought the smell was from that. She then sat us at a dirty booth. I was so turned off that I could not enjoy my food. Manager discounted my bill. That was cool. But THAT SMELL the whole time we were there

We walked in and were instantly hit with an awful smell. Upon sitting down we noticed how everything was in disrepair, flies buzzing around, and the entire table was sticky. The mens room had holes in the ceiling tiles and walls. Floors were dirty along with dead flies on the counter top. We didnt even ask for water we just told the waitress we were leaving. Everything was filthy! Dont know how people could eat there.

Took awhile for someone to seat us, once we were sat took 10 minutes to get a server ( Emma). Swearing coming from our server and loud music from the kitchen, our server was talking about us saying she could tell we were upset and "we wanted to fight her"?????...she must be a high schooler to even think those thoughts. She never checked on us once and my pancakes were cold. Wont be back

Not busy, waited over 5 minutes to be seated. Finally hunted down someone to seat us. Ordered. My husbands food was fine, however my waffle was stone cold and hard. Waitress took it back and replaced it with a new one. Took forever. My husband finished his meal while I continued to wait. New waffle was hot and delicious. I guess if youre not in a hurry or particular this place is for you.

We love IHOP, and the food is always on point. However the staff here seems to have a lot of turn-over, there are always new faces, which means there is always some sort of problem with our order... sometimes something gets forgot, others the order gets put in late. It just kind of kills the experience. We will probably come back, but with lower expectations.

Our experience was good considering they seem to be stretched pretty thin. We went there for dinner on a Wednesday and it wasnt very busy, so that probably helped. Friendly service, food is always good, but never great. Typical of most large chains and is expected, so review score isnt based on that fact whatsoever.

Great food , and servers, but the manager and hostess couldnt manage the tables at all. At least 7-8 tables open at all times and 25 people waiting. I stared at an empty table for 4 at least twenty minutes before I finally seated my party and went and got my own waitress. No one said a word

Started ok but then we were ignored by our waitress. A new pot of coffee took 15 minutes.we wanted put a to go order but in we were already there for an hour without being checked on, though she seemed very attentive to other tables. Then... No paper towels in the restroom. Bye bye Ihop

Place didnt look very clean we got a booth and there was crusty food stuck on the edge that looked like it had been there for a while, our hostess looked like she had just rolled out of bed or ad a bad hang over. My kids mac and cheese was dried out and hard dirty place for an IHOP .

visit started by being seated in a freezing corner followed by burnt food. no apology, just asked "you want another one?" seeing as we already waited a half hour we told her no we didnt want to wait for another one. no offer to remove from the bill. $11 for an uneaten omlette =(

It took a while to seat after they called our name in the restaurant but we we outside due to the area to wait was full. Then when we got to table... it was sticky with jam or jelly. Then one of the menu s had jelly or jam in one of the pages. Good was hot and waitress was good.

I dont know what makes wait staff think everyone wants to sit right next to a table of loud high school kids. 4 working the front that we saw, were there over 1 hour and only asked 1 time if we needed anything etc. Waiting to pay the bill, I wont even go into that disaster...
