Never have i ever had such an unprofessional experience. The waitress that waited on us was very sloppy and didnt get our order put in in a timely manner. It took us 25 minutes to get what we thought would be a simple order but were proved otherwise. The same waitress was constantly singing out loud in the restaurant disturbing all the customers in the restaurant. Maybe had the singing been above par it wouldnt have been so bad but it seemed she might have been trying to sarinade the cooks to no avail. Luckily the manager was prompt and apologized and immediately pulled her to the side. This location used to be a top location to go to but has been going down hill steadily since they cannot seem to keep a steady staff of experienced wait staff. Food was good with only a couple things not fresh and sort of tasting old. The experience was just taken over by the unprofessional atmosphere from our waitress and just proves more and more why you shouldnt go to this IHOP.

2 a.m. Saturday the place is unusually busy. But even with that said, the wait time for order to be taken was unacceptably long, but not as long as the wait for the actual food. The place was dirty with trash and dirt under tables in the lobby and in the isles. The bathrooms were as disgusting as some back road truck stop. The food came out cold and thrown on a plate so that the side order mixed with the main dish. They had containers of jelly on top of the toast, who knows where or for how long the containers had sat on some dirty old shelf and they put it on top of food? Although the service time was poor and the food was worse, they had no issue in providing us with the check before we were even half done eating. Not that I even ate a quarter to half my order. I have been to ihops and waffle houses from here to the east coast and this was by far one of the worst!

So at first it was OK then the table in front of me found hairs in there food .. The manager offered another meal and when they started eating that .. They found another hair.. So was we waited about 25 min for me and my daughter food I started to get a lil worried.. I look in my water glass there was floaters in my glass .. Then my daughter who is 3 said theres a Ant on the table!! Well our food arrived .. I ordered chicken and waffles.. The chicken stripes was dryed out hardly no meat left and the waffeld was cold the butter didnt even melt .. The plate was warm?? I feel a lil sick to my stomach and I havent even left the parking lot yet Im writing this.. The staff was pleasant but I dont think Ill ever come here again.. At least not the Conway location!! I should have went to waffle house!! I know there waffles are hot of the iron!!

I was chilling with my girls and my husband at ihop. We was wanting on our food then it finally arrived (1 30 hour wait). Well my friend seen a roach on the wall and then the waiter came. She asked him sir can you please get that bug and he grab it with his hands!!! The same person who brought us our food!!!! Seriously?? And not only that he drop it and it landed on my husband leg (he brushed it off) and it climb up the wall. We did not finish our food and the group of people who was sitting besides us just decided to leave. He could have grab a towel but he used his hands!!! Guys I dont recommend this place and not only that roaches are getting bad their. Plus why is the food always so darn cold and dried out???

Sitting here at IHOP the day after Christmas and oh my gosh. The waitstaff dropped clean silverware on the floor and put it back in the clean silverware Bend. Upon arrival the restaurant was filthy. As we were sitting there waiting for our food we noticed that none of the tables were being cleaned and they were out of a lot of the menu options already. Not to mention they were slow for business already. We were there 40 minutes and still did not get our food. Whats bad about it more than anything is I had family here from out of town and they got to experience what Conways IHOP had to offer. Not good IHOP not good. I guess you know we will not be back

Had to wait to be seated, asked for a few minutes to decide and then had to ask another server to tell our server we were ready to order. We ordered 2 orders of mozzarella sticks and 2 orders of chicken strips, one each for the 2 grandkids. After waiting a ridiculous length of time we were served one appetizer platter. When i questioned why there was onion rings on the plate I was told it came with them. We finally took a menu and double checked. After pointing at the pictures she almost understood. This is my second horrible experience at this particular IHOP and it will be my last as I plan to never step foot through the door again.

First visit was good, but our second visit went horribly wrong. Took forever to get our food even though there were only a handful of customers and about 7 staff standing around talking. Also, we were charged for a kids meal, even though we purchased three entrees. When we inquired, we were told by both the server and the manager that the "kids eat free" program did not work as stated on their in-store advertisements and that you also had to purchase drinks with the entrees. Either the manager had it wrong or this is false advertising. Either way, we wont be back. Too many other great restaurant options in Conway.

Todays visit I had the big steak omelette, which comes with a side of 3 pancakes. The omelet did not have salsa on it, as stated on the menu. It was almost devoid of cheese, which is an essential part of an omelette. Its gets a 6/10. The pancakes are always good. 9/10 on them. Good syrup selection. Try them all, then use your fave. All the containers on the table were greasy (shakers, syrup bottles, etc). The syrup bottles were also sticky. Place looks clean though. Another favorite of mine is the iced coffee, which I didnt have today. They are usually great!

IHOP is usually really good but the other day when I went they gave us the worst service yet. They really werent crowded at all. We got there at 10 in the morning and they didnt give us our drinks until about 10:40. By that time we were ready to order but she didnt get it then, it took her another 10 minutes to do that. When she finally came back with just my order it wasnt what I ordered, and it took 20 minutes just to bring the girl I was with her order and I had already finished eating! Im not about to go back there for awhile!

Absolutely the worst experience in this restaurant EVER. My "server" never came to my table, and when another did my so called server balled her out in front of everyone. Not only was rude, it was uncalled for... yet... again the only time this so called server came to the table was to hand us the check. REALLY! SHE THOUGHT WE WERE STILL HER TABLE AFTER THE OTHER GIRL DID THE WORK!!!!!! We sat that there for 5 minutes before being acknowledged, 45 minutes to get food (it was slow), and the staff was rude. I will not return!
