Several times this week (3-4 out of 5-6 visits) the restaurant(s) could not open on time. On average approximately 15-20 mins late every visit. Today I even tried TWO SEPARATE LOCATIONS!!! 33rd AVE and Williams Blvd. BOTH had various issues and the 7:00am opening turned into an eventual 7:22am service. Contributing factors from both locations over each delayed start up included short/late staffing employees, computer issues and improper closing (dirty dishes, no prep work, etc...) leading to delayed start up. Staff is friendly and apologetic, however it seems to be a systemic problem as it occurs OFTEN and at MULTIPLE locations. Too bad Taco Bell. Disappointing!!!!

Horrible! Employee taking the orders must be deaf or they have a bad microphone system had to repeat everything back to her about three times, then waited in a 25 minute line and everyone started shutting their cars off only to get my food, but they didnt even make right anyway. Since I didnt have time to wait in the line again, I tried to call and talk to a manager only to get a phone number that appears to be a fax machine and nobody answers. Will not be going back to this location.

Waited a while for someone recognize we were standing at the counter to order. Went to go sit down there were only two tables that were clean. My wife told the gentleman that brought our food out to us that the tables were dirty he Shrugged his shoulders and said not my problem. The crew that was making this food were giggling talking now that we have our conversation over the radio.

The water is so hot in the bathroom my daughter all most burnt her hands then they charge me for 3 sour creams .75 but then forgot to give it to US then went up and ask for some and the give us one Im not paying .75 for one

This place is a joke. They always and I mean always get my order wrong or I see them picking their noses and being rude. I called a manager and the lady who answered and she was a complete a hole. They hung up on me also.

While I do love taco bell, I find that this particular franchise seems to always be sub par. During this visit my tacos were only half filled. Other taco-bells in the area do not seem to have this problem.

Employees yelling obsenities over a new employee accepting a $100 bill as payment... Cant blame it in them being immature kids, most of the people working looked like they were 30+..
