To start, the smell. It just had this odor in the parking lot and inside the building. It was 9:00 pm and there were only two families inside the dining room (counting ours)and it still took 15 minutes to receive our order. Which was sloppily put together and when I showed the cashier who took our order that one of my kids meals was short a chicken nugget, he took it straight to the cook and talked to him in such a way that you wouldnt even use on an animal. He was extremely rude. Out of 5 trash cans, 4 were overflowing.

Unfortunately this Burger King makes absolutely no effort to get your food out in a timely manner. I have once honestly waited inside for 30 minutes to receive two combo meals, as well as at least 10 minutes in the drive-thru on another occasion. Ive boycotted this place for a couple years but recently decided to give it a chance to redeem itself... and they got my order completely wrong. NEW OWNERS/MANAGEMENT PLEASE!!!

We were passing through and stopped in at night to use the restrooms and grab a bite. The restrooms were very clean and stocked. We order and had a bit of a wait since we ordered our food off the broiler. The soda machine was out of all uncarbonated beverages which is why I gave it a four. I had to settle for Coca-Cola. The drink machine was clean and not sticky. They also have outlets available for recharging.

Worst BK I have ever seen. Stood at the front of the line for 10 mins before anyone took our order. Werent told they were out of almost every type of soft drink when they took the order. Out of chicken nuggets. Forgot the fries we ordered. Dirty water all over the floor. Out of drink lids. Heard the guy at the counter being extremely rude to a senior citizen trying to order. Avoid at all costs.

Worst Burger King EVER. I nigh bought three ten piece nuggets and 2 onion ring orders and a fry and they are hard and cold like they were several hours old. Ive tried calling ten times but they wont pick up. Fast food is the easiest job, this is the most pathetic restaurant Ive ever had the misfortune to eat at. Will never eat here again and i strongly suggest you dont either. Please spread the word.

I love Burger Kings food,but this burger King needs to get it together! It is nasty. The bathrooms didnt look like they had been cleaned all day. The counter with the cups and lids was sticky and gross. There were hardly any people in there. No excuse for someone not to be out cleaning things off. Our order was not right, I could go on. Just clean it up BK!

Place has been remodeled, for the most part. Employees are idiots and dont care at all about their jobs or customers. Soda machine doesnt work. Food was alright for what it was. Bathroom fixtures didnt work. Parking lot has not been changed and is still nasty. Go somewhere else.

Really? How hard is it to read a screen and get someones order correct? And then when we call in to say something they ask do you want to come back and get it fixed? No! Im finally home after working all day with a crying kid who is hungry. No I wanted it correct the first time!

I dont think I have been to a worse burger king. Employees werent smart enough to work there and the manager that was there at lunch time was horrible. She even yelled at employees in front of customers. Had to take our food back 3 times to get it kind of right.

It wasnt too bad except for when I seen a sign that stated you have only 30 minutes to eat cause they dont want anyone loitering their business. This was at the West Plains Mo location, got a picture of it but cant figure out how to post it.

Good food, great service, friendly staff. Since they changed their fries to bigger ones they are so much better and I dont know what they are doing to the whopper but it tastes better than it used to. Will go there more often now.

Had to wait in line for 20 minutes inside, no cheese on my jr whopper when i asked for it. They were running a skeleton crew i guess. I did see a sign they were hiring part time. Other than that everything else was good!!

The sweet tea I received tasted like coffee so I asked them why it tasted like coffee and they said they used a coffee filter for the tea. Employees are idiots and dont care about anything. I will never eat here again
