Very busy place with an atmosphere of a retro diner. It is confusing at first when the servers seat you and yet you have to get up and stand in line at the counter to order and pay. The kitchen is visible and full of fresh veggies and fruit. At the time I was restricted to a no cholesterol diet and was excited to see they had peppers, onions, and potatoes, as well as fruit to offer. The owner seemed very inconvenienced by this and when I asked for the special with no meat or dairy she said that they used all the veggies in the dish and so they could not accommodate me as I stared at the kitchen counter full of fresh produce. They couldnt make anything for me and the only thing I could eat was a small bowl of berries and a small bowl of potatoes. I do not like being restricted as much as the next guy but so far every restaurant I have visited in Little Rock has been more than happy to help. The owner made me feel terrible and was not kind, I mean already Im not able to get a satisfactory meal the least she could have done was nicely apologize. It just left a bad taste in my mouth but some people are just like that. I would not recommend this place if you have any diet restrictions, or if you are looking for a pleasant experience. My friends all ordered gravy covered items and they only found it okay but will not return because of how I was treated. Maybe it was a bad day, but it still impacted me enough to express to those with dietary needs. Be warned.

Our second Saturday Brunch @The Corner Cafe. Excellent food both times! Hot Wing themed brunch this time, and I love that there is a theme each weekend. I had the Hawaiian teriaki wing hash and my wife had the lemmon pepper wing flat bread (served open-faced with a cheese sauce on top). Both excellent and with a Mason jar mimosa and a pressed coffee caraffe with very good coffee. Ingredients are Arkansas-grown and fresh. Very lively atmosphere with good views for people watching down in The Rivermarket District. The owners and staff are very friendly and prompt. Youve got to check this place out!

On a Friday morning we decided to try a little cafe on the corner. The place looks like your average diner, perhaps a little more upscale since it is in a downtown area, but nothing unsual. However the food was unusual and better than expected. I had pennycakes with honey butter and maple syrup which where quite good, however the Power Bowl (Egg white scramble w/turkey, spinach, feta,sun-dried tomatoes and red onions) was in a class by itself. While the cook time was slower than I might expect, it is obvious they were working to make a first class breakfast food, and the wait was worth it.

This place is awesome. Parking is an issue because of their location but the food is stellar. Strawberry sauce with the waffles, high quality syrup, good butter too. The kids loved it. I had the breakfast sandwich. I expected sliced ham from a package. Nope. Thick cuts from a whole ham, tenderly fried in some beautiful delicate batter, not too much, just a thin layer to elevate it. Delicious mustard on the best brioche Ive ever had. Great feel in the restaurant watching the trolleys go by. And they were super friendly to my not-so-well-behaved children. Id give them more stars if I could.

Seating was confusing - order at the counter but you cant grab a table until after you order; waitress scolded my husband for not following this rule though no directions were posted anywhere. 3 of 4 meals were good except all the fries were cold. 1 meal had a long black hair in it. The waitress did apologize & refunded the meal, but acted put out for the trouble. She said it "has only happened 3 times since they opened 2 years ago".

@thecorner has been my favorite place to eat breakfast since we discovered them over a year ago. The staff is incredible! The food is delicious! While weekend lines may look intimating, they work hard to ensure everyone is seated as quickly as possible. If youre stuck at the end of the line, enjoy the company of everyone around you because the food is worth the wait! Best brunch in Little Rock!

This is the best breakfast, lunch, or brunch youll get in Little Rock. EVERYTHING is thoughtfully prepared, generously presented, and thoroughly delicious. The pancakes are fluffy, the burgers are super juicy, the french press is intense, the desserts are exquisite - all in a little corner diner. The chefs play A-game from open to close. This is a seriously good place to eat.

Wonderful ambiance and phenomenal food. The chicken and waffles were delicious Crispy chicken, light and fluffy waffles with fresh fruit and maple syrup. The juice is fresh squeezed. They have a regular menu and feature a special entree each week. The menu items focus on local produce. The owner came over and asked about our experience. Highly recommend this diner.

We came for Sunday brunch around 10:45. There was a line going out of the door. It did move quickly. We ordered the southern sampler and the biscuits and gravy. Both of these dishes were excellent. The gravy was on another level. It was so delicious! The butter and jelly tasted like they were made in house. We really enjoyed it and cant wait to go back.

Excellent food. Excellent service. Modern, conversational atmosphere for a morning breakfast. I had the omelette, substituted a pancake for toast. They go "all out" on even the small things. Even the way the waitress placed the utensils on the table, offered more coffee, and salsa was polite, professional, and quick. Fantastic spot.

Stopped by here to pick up lunch one day. Ordered the Bacon-wrapped Chili hot dog and some of the Corner Poutine. The hot dog wasnt actually wrapped in bacon, it just had strips of bacon down the side of it. Still, the hot dog tasted pretty good. The cheese on the poutine was in limited supply.

Excellent breakfast choices with much more reasonable prices than my hotels breakfast. Staff was friendly and service was quick. The modern vibe and decor was pretty neat. I had the ham om-nom-let with pennycakes on the side. I will definitely be coming back again before I leave town!

Really nice cosy atmosphere and very busy on a Sunday morning. They had a good holiday brunch menu. The biscuits and butter were very good and the cheese grits were yummy. I didnt have this, but the chicken and waffles with an egg looked yummy as well. Definitely enjoyed.

One of the few breakfast places around here, and everything is delicious! Get the wafflewich with canadian bacon. House-made, thick-cut, canadian bacon, with eggs and cheese, between maple-infused waffles. Bubbly staff, lovely place, with food done right.

Amazing food and awesome service. A new favorite brunch spots for this Amazon author. Mason Jar Mimosa were on point. I was leery when I saw the line, but the friendly staff moves like a well oiled machine and the food was worth the wait.
