Poor customer service! The cashier will not even greet or talk to you. The mgr (who was also cooking)had to tell customers where to order bc cashier would not speak to you. He would just stare at you. We had to ask if he was ready to take our order. Not a thank you or anything. Very poor management. This happened with every customer that came in after us. The tables are always sticky also. We keep giving this place chances but are always dissapointed! We were even the first customers of the day!

The food is great but the staff is hit and miss. My boyfriend and I tried to go in a couple of months ago, an HOUR before they closed and they were incredibly rude. I even phones ahead to make sure it wouldnt be a big inconvenience. We tried to go again tonight and at 8:45 they were mopping in front of the door. We couldnt even get in! They wont have to worry about us pestering them anymore!

My family and I had just recently eaten here and were very impressed with the quality of the food and the customer service that we received. We have now become regular customers and are always greeted by the same employees who are not only entertaining, but make our food to how we want it. We will definitely be visiting this location continuously as we are always satisfied.

My husband and I both love the food there. Hot subs, fresh fries, and I love the lemonade! At this specific location, I received the friendliest service! Shout out to the young man working the register today. So friendly and helpful! If I lived in the area I would recruit him to work for me. That fella deserves a raise! Excellent service.

Overpriced subs.cant build your own charge you xtra if you want an item that doesnt come on sandwich fries totallysuck.will never eat penn station again.staff was inattentive (eyes glued to phone)service sucked poor value for your $$$.

I liked the BLT I ordered, but theyre so thin, and for the price I dont think it was quite worth it. Subway does about the same in quality, but at least their sandwiches are wider (and cheaper at that).

Food was a lil undercooked and the cashier also handled my food without washing or gloves. Chance and bills are very dirty then you handle my food with your bare hands ??? Quiznos for me now

Good service and a clean joint. My only complaint is they sometimes they fail to make my fries extra crispy and forgot a few things. Its a pain especially when its a large order.
