(Terrible Service) Was up that way for service call. My co worker and I were very hungry so we figured we would stop to eat some wings. After us and a another group waited for 15 min to be seated. Only to look up and see that 4 or more booths were available. Then we are told that they have a seats available. So he brings us to a table that has NOT been cleaned off so we again have to wait. The waiter goes to the first group that was a head of us to get there order. Then comes to get ours but before he took said that if we wanted wings it would be an HOUR TO AN HOUR AND A HALF. So we settle for a burger instead because we didnt want to wait that long. Then our food comes to our table and somehow the group ahead of us that ordered wings got there food at the same time as us. Also co workers sandwich was not made how he ordered it. A bunch of BS! From what I can tell is that this place is UNORGANIZED!! NOT HAPPY at all with the service. THANKS for putting a bad taste in our mouths. We Have a local Buffalo wild wings close to where I am from and I have never had any trouble with them.

We come here all the time. Each time we have come the service has been awful, except once. It seems like this place is ran by a bunch of high school girls who aren't always sure of what they are doing. We always order the black bean patty and have never had a charge for it, and whoever answered the phone apparently thought so. I don't want to be "that" customer, I understand. We both work in the restaurant business and I am a server, this also means I know how customer service should be managed. When I got to my work place to eat, there was a real burger on my sandwich. I havent eaten meat in almost 3 years, meaning I more than likely would have vomitted from eating even just a little. You are giving me a new sandwich, but where I work, if something like that would have happened, we would have instantly comped their meal. I hope you will improve.

Horrible service, waited 20 minutes just to order Pepsi and appetizers then appetizers came but no drink. Same thing happened to the other family I was with, only this time the manager ended up helping us. Poor excuses both times as they werent crowded at all. Then they brought two of the meals but not the other four. Asked for a refill on a drink never got it ended up having to get the hostess to help us, same with getting a box for left overs. We were there for a fundraiser event they didnt put it on our tickets so we had to wait another 15 minutes for a new ticket. Needless to say we will never be dinning at this location again.

Bad service! Waited 15 min for a drink order. The food was gross! SUPER SALTY!!Couldnt eat it.. Told the waiter and and he said the sauces come from a factory and maybe they made a mistake and went heavy on the salt. I will never go back. I think $9 is to much for 7 small chunks of chicken coated a nasty salty liquid. The waiter didnt offer to ajust the bill. My friend couldnt eat his chicken on flat bread either. His was just as salty. Will never go back! Glad I dont have heart and blood pressure problems. OMG!!!

It was probably the worst bdubs I have ever been to. Told us to go to the bar since it was so packed when i obviously look under age and my dad tried explaining i was to young but the host went to the next person. Then when we get to the bar they kick us out of there obviously cause of my age. Then, it took 30 minutes to get our drinks then an hour to get our food. When I took a bite out of my wings it tasted rubbery so I spit it out. We only stayed since that was the only place that wasnt packed and I see why.

After almost an hour for my 11 wings and my husbands 14 wings to get to the table (that was after ordering) a different server delivers our food. Mine is cold. Grr. I wanted to order more food, but our waitress never came back. I had to walk to the to go counter and ask them if I could please have another BBQ sauce, because I have no clue where my waitress is. The worst service I have had in a long time. And why did the food take so long, why was it cold?!?! I would give this a 0 rating if I could.

located in colts training camp city near I 69 exit 26... your typical bw3 decor... lots of big screen tvs with all different types of sports being played, a great place to catch the colts football game with a local pro-colts crowd most times... buffalo wings and beer are excellent... wait staff is always friendly to me... bww is not a fast food restaurant, so dont expect a quick in n out... a great place to go and sit down watch a game play some hand held ntn trivia or texas holdem

My wife and I were seated than proceeded to sit for 15 minutes before a waitress cane and took our drink order. She wasnt even the server on that area but she saw us sitting and decided to help us out. Her name was Molly and if not for her our visit would of been two stars if that. She was really helpful and came all the way across the floor to help us time after time. Thank you Molly for going out of the way and making our experience a good one.

Ive been to this location twice now, and both times the service has been excruciatingly slow, Ill be sitting and waiting for my check while I watch our waitress sitting and talking to the other waitresses about there day. We got seated kind of quickly, but we waited for food for 30 minutes. Finished in about 7 minutes, waited for our checks for 10 minutes. Then we just waited for the waitress to take our money for like 15 minutes. Awful

My son visited BWs on 11/5. His bill was $10, he left with his receipt. When checking his paycheck card he discovered hed been charged $44+. His account was in the negative. He has called every day. The manager stated they knew there was an error and that someone had been overcharged. He drove to BWs and has not seen a refund as yet. Love the food, respect the owner, like most of the staff, but this is unforgivable.

Food was great service is the worst of any B-Dubs, or any other restaurant Ive been. I came here for training with out Union for 3 weeks of class. Ive been to eat here 5 times, and every single time the service is terrible. Its been a different waiter or waitress every time too. Go for the food, but dont expect service. They want a pay check, but are too lazy to work.

Twice i have been to this restaurant and waited nealy half an hour before someone even took our drink order. The most recent time, a waitress said, "has someone helped you?", took our drink order and food order and then disappeared. we literally never saw her again. Someone else brought out our food, and we had to track her down for the check almost an hour later.
