Theres no reason that you should see multiple empty tables with a 15 minute wait on a Friday evening. Once getting a table it took just over five minutes to be greeted by our server, who thought someone else is supposed to have our table. We put in our drink and appetizer order, then waited another seven or eight minutes before it drinks showed up. The fried pickles showed up right after that. I was sorry of surprised at the amount of pickles that came, usually apps from here come as a large enough portion to satisfy my two adult / one child family until the meal shows up. What actually happened was everyone was saying, "no you go ahead, Ill be fine." Finally the meal shows up, my requested medium cook on my burger was well done, my wifes and daughters requested well done came out medium to medium well. The garlic fries that I paid extra for had no flavor. The appetizer plates still exist on our very crowded table... And my tea has been empty since before the apps were finished. The only saving grace was at the end of the evening our server offered to take the cost of the appetizer of the bill. At this rate, I would not be surprised to see the doors close on this restaurant, which is a shame as this used to be one of my favorites.

Was very explicit about my sons serious egg allergy. Asked for a plain Cheeseburger which was deemed okay from the allergen menu. Was told they would flag his meal with his allergies. Sandwich came out of the kitchen with mayo which has egg in it. Server mumbled something about the awful kitchen. Took 15 minutes to replace his food. Much too long. No apology. No comp. Other than the above everything else was acceptable. Food was what one would expect at a mall sit down restaurant. Doesnt matter though. We were not able to enjoy our meal wondering what else the awful kitchen had in store for us.

I legitimately love this place! The food always taste amazing, the staff is super friendly and charismatic. I honestly feel like I can talk to them as people instead of: "People at a job", the place is well kept even during a rush, fore the quality of the food...you get your food relatively quickly, and did I mention the food is amazing? I feel almost as if the food the cooks make at this place always have a little bit of extra love put into them, in comparison to most places. I would highly recommend stopping by if you ever have the opportunity. This is not a restaurant to scoff at.

Horrible experience! Had to wait quite a while, even though we got there before the rush. Onion ring tower was good, everything else, bad. Waitress was not focused on us, a table of 8. It was my suggestion to go there, which made me look bad to my friends. French Fries were not cooked enough. I asked for a side of buffalo sauce, and of course, she forgot it, Our food did not all come out at the same time. It was a horrible experience.

Wont be eating here again. Just because Im sixteen I guess Im not aloud to get the kids Mac n Cheese. Ever since Ive been coming to Red Robin, Ive always got the Mac N Cheese. Thought Id get a little meal to bring back some childhood memories but that wasnt the case in this fine Friday afternoon. I suggest you change your age limit or we will see further issues. Happy New Year.

The food is delicious however the service is terrible. I saw a kid ask for crayons 4 times and they never got them. My friend and I asked for ranch 2 times and still didnt get it. So 5 stars for the kitchen but only 2 stars for the service. Im truly disappointed.

After what happened to my meal the other day, Im not going to Red Robin no more, their employees are really disrepectful. I ordered a veggie burger with with a side of salad and they came out with a regular burger, like they just messed up my order on purpose

Loud and crowded. The waiters are stretched to their limits. The food is ok, the prices are high, and the menu is to big. I just cant seem to like this place. Theres always crying babies or little kids making lots of noise and invading your space every time.

Everyone got burgers, very tasty-cooked to order sandwiches. Huge selection....Waitress Molly was great !!! Hostess and kitchen pretty slow getting a seat and cooking, no big deal for us. I could see it becoming a problem for someone with limited time.

We had an issue the minute we sat down amd the server Alexis was so rude. We had coupons to use and she made a huge deal and brought the manager over who wanted to argue with us as well. WE WILL NOT BE BACK...very disappointed.

Everyone in our family likes Red Robin. It is a great burger joint, plus they offer other selections that are very good as well. They have a good selection of beverages and the staff is usually very good and helpful.

Over priced ! Service- dont think it could have been worse if planed. Food served at room temp., pert of our party almost done before others served. We had dessert -same scenario. Two visits in one first and last.

Red Robin is usually a pretty decent choice for burgers. Im a pretty big fan of free refills on strawberry lemonade. Service at this Red Robin can sometimes be a bit spotty all depending on who you get.

The burgers were warm not made to order, they were dry n not juicy,it was too cold in there,couldnt enjoy my food...but ok..the bartender sucked sooo bad,hell i can make a bttr margurita than him...

Slow at closing, took 20-30 minutes to get a waiter to even get us drinks and then 20 minutes for fries after asking at least 4 times. Ive had better service with a psrty of 9 vs the 3 this time.

Fries were served cold twice. Both veggie burgers were cold and we were charged a two dollar entertainment fee without any explanation. Use to be one of our favorite places.

The endless fries are one of the main reasons we go a lot. The foods pretty good, you cant go wrong with any of their burgers. But the service can be very slow at times.
