Went into the Burger King on Grant Line Rd in New Albany IN. I waited at the counter for some service for several minutes without an employee in sight. I waited and waited so I left and went to Wendys insead to get some service. I will not be back Burger King.

The food is cheap and pretty good. The service was okay. They were friendly and welcoming. They messed up my order (gave me hamburgers instead of cheeseburgers) and made no attempt to correct, only givimg the explaination of " he rang it up wrong.
