When I pulled into this location in my big purple truck, I walked in during a health incident where one of the staff members had suffered some kind of seizure. After an ambulance had taken her to the hospital, the two ladies working during the 8 oclock hour were very composed, friendly, and helpful. It was clear that the event had caused them some additional stress, but, they still continued their duties, as well as they could, with only two staff members working. I hope the ill woman makes a full recovery. The food is great! I always loved White Castle and I hope I can come to this location again very soon. Best wishes.

The service at this White Castle is awful. I have waited at the drive-through window for 10+ minutes for a single two-sandwich combo order. The entire time I can see the employees through the window and they just stand around and talk. This is not an occasional occurrence -- its the norm at this location and its what you should expect. Ive also waited to place my order for over ten minutes, and most of those times Ive given up and gone somewhere else. Once the food arrives its up to par with any other White Castle, but if you dont have a quarter of an hour to wait then you should go somewhere else.

Slow and inaccurate. Sat in the drive thru for several minutes before anyone answered. The visit before Id ordered and paid for two large nibblers, only to find two medium orders in my bag when I got home. Staff is largely unprofessional, trash talking other customers while the drive thru window is open, sometimes even hanging out the window hollering at a girl making weekend plans. I wouldnt come back, but god I love me some nibblers.

This White Castle screws up my order every time Im in town. I cant get white castles in my state ( cant figure that out after all these years...) so Im excited to grab one when Im in town ... if I asked For mustard- they put ketchup in the bag... burgers and fries are never ever hot!!! Have to go to the Castleton location to get great sliders

Service was atrocious. I sat in the drive through for 20 minutes and had to repeat my order 4 different times. The manager did give me a discount for the trouble, though, and the food was good.
