Went through the drive thru, sat at speaker almost 5 mins before anyone asked what I would like to order. There were 3 cars in front of me. The 1 white car sitting at drive thru window, should have known when they brought the 2 other cars orders out before the white car, I might be in trouble. After sitting behind white car for almost 8 mins, they received their order. I pulled forward to the window, where I sat for 13 mins before anyone came to the window and asked if this was my order, said yes and she said I will be right back. She came back with my order, read the ticket to me and started to hand me the drinks. At this point, I asked which one was the route 44 root beer, the response was this 1. All of them were large drinks. She proceeds to hand me the drinks, and I said so you are taking the cost of the route 44 off and charging only for a large, to which she answered no, just give me 1 back and I will make it the correct way. If I hadn t said anything, she was just going to charge me for something I didnt get. Took almost another 5 minutes waiting for her to correct ticket. I bet they dont get tipped a lot. For someone working there, I am pretty sure they are making more than $2.01 an hour, which is what someone working in a restaurant that you dont place your order through a speaker and get better service, than someone working in a so called fast food joint, where it took me 20 mins to get my order and go.. Word of advice, dont post a sign demanding to be tipped.

Just left this location and Im disappointed. I wont be going back. In the past I ordered 2 shakes and waited 35 minutes and they still didnt have them ready. The manager was just looking at me in the car while she stood outside smoking and socializing. This time I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and fries with a shake. When the burger came out it was so hard I couldnt get my teeth through it and my shake consisted of old solid pineapple strips I couldnt chew. I called in and asked them to remake the burger. This time they soaked the bun I grease to soften up their brick buns. This place is an embarrassment and Ive noticed most of its good reviews are broad and I dont even believe theyre real. I can for sure confirm the person that said this is the best location in Louisville probably works there and did it to keep their average rating within a certain range.

I worked here for a month and a half every employee was new except one and no one knew how to properly do their job. Worst part is the new assistant manager who is sexist and disrespectful to all the male employees . She even smokes weed outside the store on the clock. I seen her innapropriatly touching on an employee more than once. Oh and they shorted me 13 hours of overtime and didnt pay Me the 8.50 rate I was promised when hired instead it was 7.75. In total I was shorted around 180-220dollars on my check and they refused to fix it. I called corporate and reported all this and nothing has been done, that was a month ago

I would give less then one star if it was possible. I waited over 25 minutes for to slushies the lady messed up my order then came to the window with a little car behind me order. The car behind me had ordered a whole meal with fries and a burger and here I am still sitting 25 minutes later waiting for two drinks. Then she took my debit card and was gone another seven or eight minutes before she finally came back and then want me to have a good day I would never go there if youre expecting fast food I would only go there if I was expecting to wait a very long time for some really crappy food and servic

Ok; food took 20+ mins, got no sauces; for anything. Paid $20 for a sonic burger combo, cinna snacks, cheddar poppers, and a kids grilled cheese meal. I got 3 cinna snacks (no sauce), 4 cheddar poppers (no sauce), 2 onion rings (yep just 2), and a grilled cheese that was just butter soaked bread (not grilled at all; literally cold). Heres the best part, i I call and ask for a manager, and the girl who answers starts laughing and making comments to her fellow workers before giving me to the manager. Worst food experience ever.

The food tastes great, and service was timely. Order taker could have spoken a bit louder. My main problem is that the Creamery Shakes are nothing at all like they are advertised. They are shown with what appears to be a generous amount of whipped cream and some type of biscuit mix-in on the topping. What I got was a small dollop of oil-based, Cool Whip like topping. I feel like Sonic failed to deliver considering the price of the shake. Very disappointing.

Why online it say they close at 11pm on Mon but when I get there they say their closed at 10pm .. they need to change it !! This is the only sonic that doesnt say open last ! My husband &I went their at 9:55 they said they were closed what happened to customer service?? They wasnt closed yet so I called them told them what it say online but the guy insist its says 10pm how can I send you guys a screenshot photo where the time is wrong ?

Horrible service, just passed thru ordered a breakfast burrito and a mini mozzarella stick. No marinara. Also ordered an unsweetened tea-add peach and mango...no peach or mango was added no sweetener because Im driving..waited to tell about the no marinara and no addins, but noone came over...ridiculous overpriced for food and drink I wont eat nor drink..total waste of time if I could leave a -5 I would!!!

Waited 20 minutes for a kids meal with tots and two shakes. No one came to the window to communicate anything and when they finally gave us the kids meal they didnt have either of the shakes or the tots ready and acted as if it was surprising that there were other items in the order...despite being on the receipt. Dont waste your time.

This location has really gone downhill the past few months. Our orders are wrong, they are out of what we order, but tonight was the last straw. I was excited for 50 cent corn dogs. What o want excited about was getting a mouthful of RAW BATTER when I bit into my corn dog. Disgusting! I will not be returning!

The Sonic website doesnt actually have a section on their website where you can send compliments to the individual restaurants so I thought I would make due with this. Very friendly staff and the food was excellent and I was in and out of the drive-thru in 3 minutes. This location is the best in Louisville.

Just went for a strawberry cream slush. These are usually amazing and i am excited they brought them back. However, this one was very gritty in texture. I still drank it all but by far the worst one i had. Regardless i have had houndreds of them and always satisfied so keep them comimg!

Never going back! They open at 6 but I was told the cook doesnt get there until 8. I went back a few weeks later after 8 oclock all the lights were on the menus were lit up the back door was propped open yet no one was available to take my order. I called and no one answered.
