Not a good experience. Waited entirely too long on a simple order. Which Im assuming everyone else did because the car in front of me had been waiting when I got there and waited a long time after I got there. My experience started off bad after I paid when the girl working drive thru handed back my change with "here" not "here you go, thank you." or anything remotely pleasant. The worst part is my order seemed ready about 6-7 minutes after I arrived at the window because the girl sat it all down right in front of the window itself but then proceeded to stand there and talk before she either finally realized she didnt hand out the food or either was waiting on something that didnt exist, Im not sure. Either way she just handed it out with no apology what so ever. Not a huge deal as they do put your food into little open boxes itd still be nice to have them in a bag as the boxes are cheap and flimsy. As I got my food handed out to me the box started to droop as I grabbed onto it. I thought with service like this, they probably wouldnt replace my food if it fell on the ground and I wasnt sure it was even worth waiting for them to remake as they seem to like to let your food get cold. I gave it only one star because seeing as there were two people chit chatting at the grill, the window girl chit chatting with who looked like a manager and one other girl walking around and they still couldnt get out food in a timely manner. Had time to cut up and talk and stand around but not make the food people had ordered. Its no wonder to me that their ability to get you your food in a timely manner is lacking. Just a side note. The "manager" Im guessing is what she was stood at the window in plain sight with damn house shoes on stuffing her face with food while on the line. Isnt that against regulations somehow? Either way if she was on break she should have gotten away from the window where people could see her looking like she was slacking off, no different from ALL the other staff members from what I could see, while angering customers were getting more and more irritated waiting on their food. I mean, its one thing to suck in the service or time department and make customers mad but its even worse to let your staff and self flaunt your carefree attitude right in front of them.

not very good. Been to this location several times and 1 time I was satisfied. most of the time they may not have the correct "parts" to an item and sub others in without saying anything. ex: ft long chili cheese dog - the put 2 normal dogs in a ft long bun.... next ordered 2 Chicago dogs (poppy seed bun, pickle, tomato, sports peppers). I get them and have regular buns - instead of the poppy seed... ( happened multiple time). the 3rd time that happened I questioned them (maybe new guy that doesnt know)...girl responded "oh I guess we dont have any ".... WAIT you guess? this all happened in a span of 2 months. not going back anytime soon. I will drive the extra distance to the other sonic on taylor-winkler ave.

Every. Time. I swear they dont hire literate employees. Unfortunately we work close by, so theres not a lot of other food options to pick from. This sonic is incredibly good at getting your order wrong. The people who cook here are the same people who do stuff like "Oh a bacon chz burger plain? Guess that means no bacon either" or "route 44 slushie? Heres a route 44 cup, but Im only giving you enough liquid for a medium equivalent" and God forbid you complain about them screwing up. Youd have better luck telling a 1 year old to stop crapping his diaper. Dont go here. Seriously. Dont go here. UPDATE : They still suck and mess up orders. First time going back since first incident.

Waited 12 minutes before pulling away from order screen in parking lot to drive thru. Waited another 8 minutes before someone said "give me a second" keep in mind only two cars ahead of us and three in parking lot. After another 2 or 3 minutes I can order now. I say "jr burger and" then Im told to hold on. Another 2 minute wait. Okay I can go. Jr burger peanut butter shake and large cheese tot" they reply "hold up you want what? A peanut butter shake?" As if they have never heard of such a thing. I repeat my order." You want burger?" She asks. After several minutes my simple order is finally taken. I pull away with nothing but discontent for todays society

WORST SERVICE EVER! I dont know why I keep coming back to this location. I know why because its the only one near me. Dont come here if you are in a rush. They got a new system that doesnt seem to work right. They have to walk around and take your order. I would advice you go through the drive-thur. Once upon a time this used to be a good location. Oh well if Sonic this is what you have to deal with. Customer services sucks as well. Some try to make your up for the mistakes other just dont care. Im writing this review while sitting in the car. Lets just say Ive been here for nearly 20-30minutes now and still dont have my food. Shamefully! Finally food.

Just left the restaurant from lack of service. I tried two or three of the order stations and got no answer at any of them. I called the manager about it and she told me that they were getting to each one as fast they could because they were so busy..... there were a total of three cars in the parking lot. She also gave me an excuse that it was almost time for them to be leaving. It was 10:08pm. Ive worked fast food before and we never once started packing up to leave almost a whole hour early. I can understand being understaffed but they also had two employees outside smoking still in uniform. Id give this store a 0 out 5 if I could.

So the definition of fast food is not supposed to be waiting for 30 minutes. My boyfriend and I went to here and try to get some food, two simple meals not only could they not hear anything to the intercom so we had to repeat everything and they kept screwing up her order three different times then it took 30 minutes to even come out we almost just left. But then when we finally did get our food the lady didnt even apologize for late service then bring sausages or napkins or anything or ask how everything was enough everything looks alright service is terrible the food tasted all right though but that was pretty much the only up.

This is by far the worst Sonic in Louisville. My girlfriend and I waited for more than an hour two different times just to get a shake. The servers were rude and inconsiderate of our time and the other 10 or so cars that were there. You could see that one person was doing all the work while one girl was outside smoking claiming she was "off work" and the other girl inside was talking on her cell phone. After sitting waiting to have our order taken for at least 30-45 minutes, a guy comes out and says, "We are Drive-Thru only right now." Pathetic. Remember also that this was not the first time this happened.
