My partner and I have been coming to this location for the better part of four years. Tonight was the first time Ive ever felt disgusted by the food I was eating. Place was slow to start and picked up as it went. We got our usual: Chili Con Queso to start, regular wings (in Asian Zing and Mild), water and tea. The Chili con Queso wasnt even lukewarm when we got it. My partners wings were chewy and mind tasted old. Both of our sauces tasted off. The final straw was my last wing tasted so awful I had issues swallowing it. We understand that the wings are prepackaged and frozen but our wings tasted as if they werent cooked for the right time. The only saving grace was our server Emily. She told us it was her third night on the job and she did an absolutely wonderful job. She was pleasant, attentive, and understanding of our issues. We will be back, but hopefully this wont be a repeat.

Jasmine - waitress - was great, but the restaurant was less than stellar. Went on Saturday at 11:15am....first ones in the restaurant. Miller Lite was the special beer of the day. Waitress came back to table to say that they were all out of Miller Lite. All guests at the table ordered another option. Food order was placed and waitress returned to table to say that they were all out of Naked Chicken Tenders. At this point, we thought possibly we were being punked. To no fault of our outstanding waitress, we asked to speak to the manager two times. It was explained that he/she was too busy to come talk to us. In our tables opinion (20 people) - this was the worst managed BW3s that we have ever been to. How do you run out of Miller Lite and chicken? When choosing again - we will pick another BW3s in the northern Indy area. But we would highly recommend Jasmine as a waitress!

Bad management. Went to place a to go order. I wanted 40 wings, and they have a 40 wing option on the menu. Just what I was looking to get. Luck me. So you get a choice, traditional or boneless for the same price. Now, if I can get 40 boneless or 40 traditional for $29.99, why cant I get 20 boneless and 20 traditional for $29.99? Seems pretty reasonable, especially since I only wanted 2 sauces. The cashier rang it up and it didnt come out to that. So Im asking why? Her response is, I will get the manager. He comes out and says I cant do that. I ask why? He says Its one or the other. I say, you are right. You either want my business or you dont. He lets me walk out. My family and I buy wings at least once a week. We wont be back, and thats unfortunate, because we really liked this place.

The food is good. But really poor service and completely over staffed. I ordered take out in the middle of the day... I showed up EXACTLY at the time they estimated my order would be ready, and it wasnt ready for another 25 minutes. Within that time, I saw several appalling things wile the manger stole idly by. 1.I saw 5 members listen to another employee tell a LOUD obnoxious joke without regard for patrons. 2. A female came out from the back kitchen in flip flops and really tight revealing shorts and store RIGHT next to the manager by the counter. She was a heavier set teen, so the shorts were EXTRA unappealing. Summary - I honestly probably wouldve left if they had not already collected my money.

Our waiter was rude and argumentative. He didnt bring drinks for 20+ minutes, argued about what we ordered to drink. The waters didnt even have ice. Next, he argued what we ordered for food, tossed our straws at us when he only gave us one for the whole table, and then only brought 2 sets of silverware for all of us. He was rather hostile to my wife in front of my son and I and I was exceptionally displeased. This was unacceptable. I notified the manager of what had transpired and we left 45 minutes later with no food. I would seriously reconsider frequenting this establishment till they can rectify their issues.

Weve been coming here off and on for 8 years. As Blue Jays fans, its kinda hard to find places that will play the games for us, but Jujuan behind the bar noticed our Jays hats, discreetly pointed to his and smiled. After that, we knew it was going to be a good day. The game was protected in front of us and we had amazing service. When we had to duck out in the 5th inning, we were almost to our car when Jujuan rushed out with our take-home food I had forgotten! Wow. Incredible service that weve never experienced before all thanks to Jujuan!

I called to order take out at 11:22PM. They answered after 5 minutes of ringing. FINALLY! I thought. They put me on hold for 20 minutes until I finally hung up the phone. I know they close at midnight, but not at 11:20PM. They put me on hold on purpose, hoping I would hang up. I drove by and they were completely dead! I am extremely disjointed because they are the only ones open near my job and my cafe is closed! I understand how they expect to make money and keep customers if they ignore them!

I went specifically to watch a soccer game. I asked that they change one of the many tvs for me, but in the middle of the game somebody change the channel. I can I understand it happening once, but it happened again less then 5 min after changing the channel back to game. This was after waiting 6 minutes or so for them to change it back to the game in the first place.

It can be hit-or-miss at this location. One time food service is fantastic and the next time it might take 45 minutes to get your food. The dining room never seems crowded, so I have trouble understanding the variability. Prices can be a little steep, especially on a day with poor food service. Staff is friendly and the atmosphere is good for a group of friends.

Great place to go if you love wings and sports. Also this is arguably the best BWW location in northern Naptown, with hundreds of tvs for games or fights, the staff is always nice and attentive when you dine in, great for kids unless theres an event there like a fight or something then you may have to deal with rowdy fans but all and all this is a great spot.

This place has great food but the service I received was horrible I ordered a meal with a half hour wait paid for it ran to the store sat in this building for an hour and 10 minutes before I was even asked a question finally someone yells from the back and says dat guys food is ready thank but no thanks never again

This is a decent Buffalo Wild Wings. While it didnt seem to be the cleanest location, service was very good. Liza was amazing! She was fast, friendly, and attentive. Good beer selection. I got the Daredevil Lift-Off IPA. Yum! The shrimp po boy was tasty, and the street tacos were full of flavor.
