Long wait, over priced food, and terrible customer service. I had some friends coming over last minute and decided to get some take out from BWW. The restaurant was not very full and the person who took my order said my order would be ready in 20 minutes. After 30 minutes I asked about the status of my order. The employee came back with an order that did not look correct. Went to my car and fortunately checked to discover it was the wrong order. Returned the order and continued to wait. I noticed a customer who placed a take-out order after me receive their order and leave. So I mentioned this to the employee and he disagreed with me and said that person came in before me and waited an hour for their food. (This was not encouraging information.) Again he said he would check on my order and this time came back with the correct order. We live rather close to the restaurant and when I got home found that the food was barely warm. I called the restaurant and spoke with the General Manager John and after explaining to him what happened he said he was sorry. I explained to him that I waited 45 minutes and paid $100 for cold food. He wasn’t going to do anything until I continued to complain and then he said to bring the food back and hung up on me. Since I had already put the food out for my guests I wasn’t going to take it out of their hands and return to the restaurant. If you want good Buffalo wings, take it from someone who has eaten at the Anchor bar in Buffalo, and go down the road to Windy City pizza. They have great wings and they are cheaper. If you want a good hamburger go to Cheddars. Their burgers are better and cheaper and I’ve never had to wait 45 minutes for my food.

We are the group of 3 visited this Hendersonville, TN location on 09/11/16 for lunch and very disappoint at level of customer service from this BWW . At the time we were in for lunch, all TVs(over 50 units) were showing Football which we are not interesting in, so we asked to change channel for just 1 TV to ESPN so we can watch an MLS soccer game, but person in charge of TVs have refused and told our server that it is Sunday and he only want to show Football. We are very unhappy for that reason and made us feel insulted, since Hendersonville is the soccer town which have number of soccer clubs like Hendersonville Soccer Club, TUSC ( I am also a member) are fully support this restaurant during our events and games. We will never go back to this Buffalo Wild Wing again and also will make notice to all our soccer club members in Hendersonville to stop support this restaurant.

I got a take out order and the food was good but I didnt get my fried pickles and didnt notice they were not in the bag till I got home. I call them and they said they are aware that I didnt get them and that I could come back and get them, I told them I couldnt and that I would just like my money refunded. They told me my money would show up in my account no later than Sunday the 4th( day after I ordered) the money never showed up.

We had six guest in our party. The wait was what you would expect at a sports bar. After we got seated they instantly got super busy and the Manager jumped in and helped to serve us. I was ivery impressed. Food was good. I had the Long Island Tea. It was very good. Wife had a Strawberry Margarita. She said it was good. She said she would of prefered a Raspberry but was content with what she got. We will return.

This isnt the best BWW Ive been to. The service is typically average at best and more often then not its slow. Ive even had the server waiting on our table quit mid shift and the manager did little to get the tables she had covered. We waited over an hour for food and one person at the table waited over 2 hours for their wings. That was only one instance, but as stated before the service has never blown me away.

I keep trying to support local business but how many second choices do you get. Ive been going there since they opened and the food is as good as any other but the service and management have been bad from day one and although it has got better its still the worst one Ive ever been two in three states. They dont accommodate the customer who is the sole of any retail business. No customer no business.

Took 15 minutes for our waiter to get to our table, though he walked past us several times. Our table was dirty and he didnt bother to clean it off until I asked, which was after he sat our food down on it. I also had to walk back into the restaurant from the patio in order to get our tickets because he wasnt out on the patio for at least 15 minutes. Absolutely not happy with my experience.

I wish I could take the 1 star that I have rated them away and give them "0" stars!!!! They are way over priced, and the wings suck!! The only thing good is the beer, but for the price of 1 blue moon I could have bought a 6 pack!! What a way to mess up a perfect evening with my son, by crunching on some none tasting lemon pepper wings and having a $50.00 tap!!

We were seated and waited 15 minutes before we decided to leave. Clearly the staff was not interested in servicing the customers past the bar and front counter where they all gathered. This was our second bad service experience at this particular b-dub. There wont be a third.

Friendly staff,but everything fried had a rancid oil flavor. Our server told us they fried in Crisco! Really?? Even Mc Donalds has changed to non trans-fat oils. The Mediterranean salad was great. But the fries and onion rings were disappointing. Probably wont wont be back.

Food is OK, kitchen is slower than it should be considering the menu. Table service is completely dependant on the individual server. We come here because our teenage son loves the wings. Wouldnt normally be my choice. Is a great place to watch football or UFC fight.

Food is good not so much on the service. Our server last night refused to give us a straw and she had 10 in her apron but didnt want us to have one so my husband simply took one himself and she got super mad but we didnt see the point on why we couldnt have one.

Came in to watch a game and have some wings. Food was good. TV was great. Waitress was terrible. She was annoyed we ordered a second beverage and actually asked us to pay because her shift was ending. I was biting on a wing when she asked us to pay.

Man, there are so many wing and chicken places here that put this place to shame. So over priced for such mediocre good. It boggles the mind to know people still eat here enmass. ANY hole in the wall joint embarrasses this place with their food.
