The filet is amazing. Great cut and properly cooked medium rare. The margaritas are great and the cheap LIT are worth getting. But, the corporate policies are ridiculous. I arrived half an hour early to watch football, l drink beers with my dad and have an appetizer. Because we were meeting two others half an hour later, we were not allowed to be seated because our entire party had not arrived. Pay no mind that there were a dozen empty tables at 2:30 in the afternoon, or that we did want to go ahead and order drinks and food. Our plea to order food and drinks fell on deaf ears. We were told we could order from the bar, at which there were a couple single empty seats - not a pair for my dad and I to sit and talk. After being seated, a manager stopped to greet our table. We shared our experience and she agreed policies arent optimal. The staff was great and friendly, but "policies" shouldnt keep someone from coming in and eating food at a restaurant.

Love the steak I had a 20-ounce bone-in ribeye perfect I ordered medium and it was medium it was a very good steak probably one of the best steaks Ive ever had give Roadhouse two thumbs up the only problem I did have with them I did have to wait probably 35 minutes before I would sit down to a table but with all good restaurants you going to have to wait in line. My brother-in-law had a prime rib and he loved it with the best prime rib he ever had and my wife had the Fort Worth ribeye with sauteed onions very good she loved it and I even took a little bit of his saute onions and they were delicious I wish I could make mine like that. Price wouldnt too bad either course we had a couple drinks and the 3 big meals came up to about $90. But I did not care about the price for a good steak and Texas Roadhouse has the best steak theyre better than Logans and other steakhouses that I ate at. Im 54 years old. Thank you Texas Roadhouse for a good dinner.

We have had several horrible experiences with their takeout. Ribs that were hard and had so much grissel you could not eat them, we ordered the beef tips a couple of times and ask for no onions but every time we got home they had onions. Tonight we tried again and had ordered the kids meal cheeseburgers and they were so old and hard our child could not eat them. They have had several chances to get it right but have failed every time. We took a family vote tonight and decided we will never go back again.

I know each Texas Roadhouse can have different cooks who dont always get the recipes the same. But the peppercorn gravy that came with my double pork chop dinner tonight was atrocious. Of the couple dozen TRs Ive been to around the country, none of them have ever served such runny gravy that smelled and tasted like melted plastic. The pork chops, salad, and peanuts were good as usual, though. But their chile was also bland, Ive never gotten chile that simply tasted like mashed beans.

Ordered a medium rare steak to go. I got it home, cut into it, and it was cold and raw. Not even a cool rare. I wasted a half hour of driving to bring it back, and the FOH manager didnt seem very alarmed that they were serving a customer a potentially dangerous piece of food. Also, I dont remember getting Kraft mac and cheese the last time I ordered it from them. It would be one star if I hadnt already had a decent steak from them before. Check your cut before you eat.

I will start on a positive response they told us the wait was 40-50 min and we were seated in 20 min but the service was not very good had to flag her down to get her to come to the table after my son spilled his drink was never brought napkins that I had asked for and the food took a long time and when it did come my sons hamburger was burnt and my steak was almost well done when I asked for med rare this was only my 2 NF time going here and will probably not go back

Ive always loved Texas Roadhouse BUT this location was not anything like the other locations in multiple states that Ive eaten at. The service overall sucked. The staff wasnt very friendly and took forever for anything, food was overcooked and never got everything we ordered. Credit card machine was also down and could only except cash or they could write down the CC# but its difficult and takes awhile, our server stated. Would go somewhere else.

Possibly the best restaurant experience I have ever had! When I went to order the 6 oz. sirloin, the server (who was amazing) recommended the 8 oz. that was the days special. Not only was it the same price as the 6 oz. but it also came with a few grilled shrimp on top. Refills on drinks and bread were brought before we ran out, the food came out with perfect timing, and everything was delicious. Very well done, Texas Roadhouse!

The food here is always good and is reasonably priced, but the service is consistently slow. Last night it was over an hour after we sat down before our food arrived, and we had to ask for the salads to be brought out 15 minutes after we ordered. They ended up comping our meal, so no hard feelings, but you might want to be prepared to get hangry here because of the wait.

This is my opinion of Texas Roadhouse. The service have always been great, to me they have the steaks for your money. So people like going to big names steak Houses paying all that money (100 to 150 dollars) when you can feed a whole family for that price. Just keeping paying for the name, Im paying for the food, Texas Roadhouse all the way

Food was not that good in general. Chicken critters were tough and bland. My wife couldnt eat them. We also felt very rushed because the waitress asked if we wanted desert or to go boxes just a few minutes after we got our food. I eat really fast and I wasnt even done with my burger. I left a note saying that was our first and last visit.
