My boyfriend and I went to eat dinner on Sunday night. It was not very busy. We received our first drinks and appetizer quickly. We waited another 20 minutes and the waiter ( Colby I think was his name ) had not returned to take our order. We asked for the manager and then the waiter took our order. My boyfriend had an empty glass and it took the waiter another 5 minutes to get him a refill. I never received another fresh drink. About 30 minutes later the waiter returns to tell us our food had been dropped in the kitchen. I asked for the check for what we had already ate and paid $15 - even though I think we should not have paid for the terrible service. My boyfriend proceeded to speak to another manager and told her what happened and she gave us our food to go for free. What bothered me the most was our waiter questioned why we only paid $15. Maybe he didnt realize we wasted an hour to not receive our food and had to drink watered down drinks.

Had a party of 8. Was meeting there at 6pm on a Saturday. Got there around 5:45 to get a table. Manager would not seat us because we needed at least 5 people(according to them) to get our tables. Two other groups were seated before us. When we finally got seated, I ordered an adult beverage. Well like 10 mins after receiving the drink, the manager came over and tried to take it from me. I was extremely confused and held it like why. He mumbled something and walked away. I asked the waitress we had why he did that. Well apparently another table order the same type of drink first and was supposed to receive it. So, they were going to give my partially drank drink to them? Service otherwise was ok. Nothing special. I know a few members of my table had complaints about our waitress attitude, but I think she was just new and flustered. But still in shocked over the bald manager trying to take my drink away, that I ordered, because they messed up.

Never been here before today. Went with my gf and we started with ultimate nachos (great btw). However our waiter bothered us every 2 minutes if we were ready for the entrée. I ended up getting traditional wings in Garlic Parmesan. My gf got boneless wings in honey BBQ. When I got my wings they were extremely dry looking and tasted overcooked. They were also pretty small which is another sign of being over cooked. My gfs wings had dry spots all over. I asked the waiter if they were normally this dry and she dodged the question and simply said "Do you want more sauce?" & I was fine with that. When I got the sauce I drizzled it on my wings and took a bite. Let me tell you that Ive never tasted something so overpowering with salt. 10 of the 12 wings I bought are going to the trash. Probably wont come back for a while or will get something else.

My fiance and I went here last night, and we both got water, loaded potato wedges, and three different flavors of wings. I really liked the food and our waitress was nice. Within a few hours of eating here we both got very ill. Both of our stomachs were upset and my fiance was throwing up. Today, I have a slight fever and we still feel ill, but it is much better than last night. I am pretty sure we both got food poisoning from this place. There food was the only thing that we ate yesterday that was the same. I know it isnt a virus because a virus doesnt normally only last for 24 hours, especially ones that are that bad. Their food score was really good so I was really surprised, but all it takes is one time for someone not to wash their hands. I wont be back.

We set up a draft party 3 weeks in advance. When we arrived they didnt have a table for us, and didnt even have a draft board. They said they ran out. The manager Tim said that he was sorry and would help us out with some food or drinks. Well, he left and the manager that came in had nothing to do with us. She even gave us to a new manager that didnt have a clue what was going on. He said next year he would for sure be working there and would be helping out with our party next year. YEAH RIGHT! I will stay at home with my draft party and buy beer at home instead of this horrible service!!! What a joke!! This establishment has really gone downhill and its a shame because they have lost a lot of customers!

Do not go for lunch. I got there at noon, sat at the bar and ordered my food. 40 minutes later, still nothing at my table. I ask my waitress (the bartender, Nicole) where it is. She grabs somebody else and asks them to check on my order. 10 minutes later, I make eye contact with her. Hmmm.. still no food? Still no food. She asks the other server what was the status on my order.... "oh, it wasnt even in there.. I couldnt find it". They "Lost" it. Awesome. Im leaving. Back to work, starving to death. Unless you have an hour of your lunch break to wait on an 8 piece boneless lunch combo, Id steer clear of this establishment.

I had not been to this B-dubs in several months, but am glad I came back. Theyve made some changes to the interior (more TVs, booths updated, etc) and the menu was easier to navigate. They changed the Mac and cheese (it was better), too! It was very busy (footballs back!) but the service and food was outstanding in spite of the large crowd. Wings were hot -- tasted fresh & sauced perfectly and the beers were cold. The manager did a quick check with us to see if all was good. It was a really good dining experience.

My kids and I were at BWs for lunch while visiting TN and had a great experience. Our waitress Lauren was fantastic! We ordered cheese curds along with our meal and she suggested trying some caramel dipping sauce with them as it made them taste like funnel cake- she was right! She also helped my daughter get her game device figured out as it was only displaying in French or Spanish not English. We had great food and great service!

I love the food. I love one particular server. She is an older woman and the best darn server I have ever got there. Unfortunately, I never get her anymore. I need to learn her name to request her. Other than her, all the servers I have had have been bland or awful. The serving staff changes week to week. And the managers walk around like zombies. Great food, great atmosphere, sub-par staff.

Awesome staff on Monday night, service was great. Buffalo Wild wings in Georgia have kept me away but his place is hitting on all cylinders! Ask for the sauce tasting from Michelle and then let them exceed your expectations. As a road warrior it was great to find a local place that didnt disappoint! Keep up the great work.

Have been here multiple times over several months. Never any complains and any issues with food orders are very quickly rectified. Food is usually served quickly and the staff are approachable and helpful. It is very loud in there which is great if you like ambient noise though it can be a bit hard to hold a conversation.
