Our visit was not on par with past experiences. All the staff seemed inexperienced. I asked for an egg in my bowl, and didnt get it. One server plopped my daughters bowl down in front of her, without it sitting flat on the table. If my daughter hadnt grabbed it, it would have tipped right into her lap. Its like the server didnt realize the bowls were slanted. (Whats up with that anyway.) It took three stops at the table for other reasons before the empty dishes from appetizer and finished meals were cleared. (After I stacked them all in one pile, she finally took them ). The food was ok. But Im not sure the quantity of sides was fair. "Pick 3" for a large bowl. The total was less than I used to get with a regular size bowl. The space was very noisy, although not busy. The fans in the grill hood seemed to roar excessively. The new system of points to earn free bowls is not clear. And you dont get a birthday bowl anymore, unless you eat an excessive number of times during the year.

1. Name was carl, she wrote carla. 2. Brought us unsweet, hot with melted ice instead of sweet, I love ice. 3. She got sort of an attitude when we finally caught her to get our drinks right. I got my food and then Carl got his about 10 minutes later. She walked by our table 2 times and never asked us anything. both of times we asked for salt and finally had to go find some. Now, it was very busy so we didnt make a big deal. Its been about 15 minutes and she just now came to our table and apologized for it being so busy and brought Carl a fill up on his tea. No ice and hot. We finally got out ticket. She came back and "didnt have the 94¢ with all our change. Foid was good as always thank goodness.

Disheartened. Used to love this place. Mostly teens doing everything. Servers seem... clueless. And ours was beyond rude. They ask you for two sides, then give you next to nothing for the portions. Seating could use an upgrade. Tape covering holes. They burnt our food. And the lines where you pick your foods were highly dirty. The sauce area was an absolute mess. The most redeeming factor is that they were helping out Beech by letting the Jazz band perform. While cool, it was loud for the small area, and not the right style of music for the venue. Would not recommend.

Brought my boyfriend and some friends bragging about stir fry. We waited 20 minutes then a manager in a hawiian shirt start yelling at a server. Im assuming he was fired because the server stormed out soon after. Manager then went from employee to employee yelling at them to do better instead of running the 8 bowls of food that had been sitting in the window for Lord knows how long. We left after a half an hour without even getting our drink order. Super uncomfortable and embarrassing night.

I have never had a bad experience here and today. Which is labor day 2016 I visited the one in hendersonville and two waitresses were rude and disrespectful rushy and so much more. And the manager guy was so ride when I asked for something that they did not have on their halfed full bar. This is the worse experience ever I have ever had. I come here all the time all the way from Ashland city tn because I love it now I dont know if I ever will come back. This is so stupid.

The place has really gone downhill in the past year or two. There was no one there but us. Instead of cleaning the many dirty tables and other nasty spaces, the waitress spent most of her time chatting with the cook. Was out of fried rice. Said it would take 30 minutes to make more. Untrue. There were also gnats flying around the food and a dead one in the oranges. This used to be my husbands favorite place to eat. Not so much any more.

The food tasted horrible. Tasted like the grill had not been cleaned in ages. The booth seat was ripped and had tried to be mended with black duck tape. When I got up, the tape stuck to my clothes and messed up my slacks. The waitresses are rushing around accomplishing nothing. We had to flag them down for refills. But the worst was the awful taste of the food. Last time there. It was all good, but not today.

Food was okay but service was horrible. Our server kept disappearing and we never got the appetizer we ordered even though we asked for it twice. Her excuse, "I called it out so they should have made it." Um, excuse me, but isnt it your job to make sure we are taken care of? Finally got a drink refill when we were finished eating. Worst service experince Ive had in a long time...

I actually did like my visit here despite bad reviews. Service was a little odd, but it was my first time. Server could have paid us a litle more attention. Since youre the one who chooses the spices and amount of food theres no way you can say you didnt like the flavor or portions..and if you do have an issue with it, youre the one who did it! Lol so i had a reeally good meal!

The food is always amazing as usual. But, the female cooking wore NO hair net at all. The food bar was stocked but it was dirty around it. The floors are gross. The service isnt terrible. If the food wasnt so good I wouldnt come back. The no hair net thing really turns me away from here. And its a shame because Ive been coming here for years.

I have visited this location 2 times in last month. The service in both cases has been very slow. The food is good. I would suggest self serve drinks and the ability to pay as you go out the door. We basically didnt get drink refills and when finished waited several minutes for our servicer to bring and bring back out ticket.

Two servers running around...no one greeting the customers at the door...maybe 8 customers total in building. Finally we were greeted and seated. Waited over 10 minutes and finally left....our drink orders were never even taken. AWFUL customer service and management of store! So sad!!! They missed out on a party of 5.

Not very busy for a Friday night BUT very disorganized....as a party of 8 we got seated fairly quick BUT didnt see waitress for 10 minutes...food was very good but again waitress and staff werent very attentive, again waited an excessive amount to simply pay our bill....

Fast and friendly service. You really only have one person to blame if your food is bad: yourself. That said, go easy on the cayenne pepper. I put a little too much in my bowl. On the bright side, I wont have sinus issues until at least 2020.

Waited 20 minutes - no service. Tropical shirted crazed manager decides to run around blaming people instead of taking charge and getting stuff done. Waited another 10 minutes and left without a single person talking to us.

Absolutely appalling. Stay home and starve before coming here. Servers are hit or miss at best, management is SHOCKINGLY rude and inept, and the food shouldnt be passing health inspection.
