Sometimes after a late night softball game Ill grab a snack here at the stones Crossing Taco Bell in Greenwood Indiana. When I pulled up no one came over the speaker acknowledging that I was at the speaker to order, and after 5 minutes I pulled up to the window hoping to see an employee in there that I could wave down to order food. After sitting there for 15 minutes longer I honked my horn waited a couple minutes and repeated that two more times, and in total honking three times while sitting there for a total of 20-25 minutes. There were three employee vehicles sitting in the parking lot and one of them had an employee sitting in their car on their cell phone and they could see and hear me honking to order food. This is not the first time this is happened. Actually about the fourth or fifth time now. I typed this review up while sitting in my car at the drive through window. Their window states it is open until 4am, it was 11:55pm when I first arrived just for reference.

I absolutely love Taco Bell, a frequent flyer and loyal customer. I cant believe I have to write this review but I have been to this taco bell twice with the same horrible outcome -- bad service and food was sloppy or missing. Please educate your employees before they destroy the business at this location.

Horrible service. Unknowledgeable children working. More worried about their phones and Ma king jokes than serving their customers. Went through the drive thru to get dinner and instead of receiving my food. I receive a bag full of sucks and no food. Will no longer be eating here anymore

Waited almost 20 minutes to get my food ( a Gordita crunch and 2 tacos) the shell inside my Gordita was stale. Soft tacos had hard spots in them. Bot the first time that ive had a not so plesant experience here. Would rather drive 15 minutes down the road than go back to this taco bell.

This is the worst taco bell ever. They constantly serve the wrong thing. You have to show them whats on their own menu. They dont know. I went there once to order a new item and they kept saying theyd never heard of it despite it being on the wall behind them.

The service was terrible!! The lines were very slow. We were there for 3 minutes before they even took our order and another 7-10 minutes waiting for our food. They take the fast out of fast food. Would have better luck at the taco bell a few miles north.

This is my go to for a quick meal on the way to work in the evenings. I always order and pay on the app, so I cut out a lot of time sink and chances for misunderstanding... The food is always good for fast food. Everyone is polite. Plus... Cheap food.

The staff is friendly but SLOW SLOW SLOW. The last few times I went, they were pretty slow but I chalked it up to a fluke. Today, you lost my business. I just left. The line was going nowhere at 3 in the afternoon.

Stay Away! Slowest Taco Bell I have been to, and order is always wrong! It seems they are only able to do one thing at a time...and they dont even do that right! Save yourself the headache and just keep driving.

I really dont like to post negative comments, but an improvement for this location would be the wait time. It doesnt matter if its dining in or drive thru service is very slow. Nice staff! Slow service :(

If youre in a rush do not stop. I got here at 6:52 and I just got my food at 7:20. It is the slowest drive through. They will even mess the order up. I have not had a good experience here yet.
