While the food was good, service decent, the bathrooms (on regular visits to this restaurant) are normally disgusting and not much effort is made to keep them clean throughout the day. Every visit I have made to this restaurant, my biggest issue is the disgusting bathrooms. You pay a good deal of money for buffet food, the service table side is good, but I feel like maintaining a clean restroom is a big deal. Employees use it as well as customers. As gross as they are, I worry about the food safety. Upsetting the management is clearly not following up on their staff, and appeared to be indifferent when I told him about the disgusting condition of the bathrooms. If the attitude and attention to detail dont improve, especially with the management staff, they will be nothing more than a higher priced Ryans, and we all know what happened to them...how poorly many of them were managed, food safety violations...and yet none of them are open today.

They have new owners and new management. They are trying very hard to make everything as great as money allows. For the price, it is amazing how they can provide such variety and quality for the price. If the food isnt what you expect for the price you are paying, let the management know so they know how to improve. We really appreciate senior hours and pricing and hope they always offer it. To get unlimited salad, soup, meal, beverage and dessert for the price cant be beat anywhere that I know of. The salad bar is always very fresh with generous additions and many dressings are homemade and delicious. The staff is now always helpful and friendly.

Filthy and nasty!! My parents ate there today and were shocked and appalled at how disgusting a place it was. The price was almost doubled without warning supposedly because they were serving prime rib today. The prime rib was extremely undercooked and blood was all over the counters and on the floor. 80% of the prime rib served was pure adipose fat. Very young children were trashing at the buffet unattended. The two handicapped stalls in the womens restroom were completely clogged with paper towels, toilet paper and human waste. This place does not even deserve one star.

It was Golden Corral. Theres a certain expectation that goes along with those words. I will say this one was cleaner than average & the staff was excellent. I especially enjoyed the manager. I had my elderly mom with me who refuses to use a walker. This prolonged the visit well beyond closing. Our waitress stayed on top of drinks & plates, and the manager was very attentive & helpful. He even went the extra step of taking a family picture for us before we left. Im especially grateful for this as Im from Texas & dont make it to Indy often.

The managers are racist. I was working there and the managers are on my butt all the time and they always give good sections to other employees and put me all the way to the end.any way there a Mexican manger who divide the sections and he always make sure the Mexicans get good sections and has the other manager do the same give the good sections to the Mexicans. I had very bad time working there because of the managers especially the Mexican manager ( Ricky) I was treated very bad there and now I dont have a job. I am looking though .

So disappointed. Website says open 930 to 930. We got off work and came in at 825 pm. Paid $25 for two seniors meals. Grill was being cleaned bar was empty vegetables had turned color from sitting out. We had mashed potato peas green beans then was asked if we were going to eat anything else so they could start tearing bar down. We were rushed through whole half hour we were there. We should have been told that they were closing soon so we wouldnt waste $25 we will not be back and we were a regular

I been to many of these restaurants and the biggest problem when you have the wrong management. The staff seems tired and not happy. Buffet was lacking which makes these restaurants the golden. Management in this restaurant needs replaced one who works with the employees an not sit on his butt ratting and barking orders. Once the management gets replaced with a quality team I bet this restaurant can get turned around. If its not done soon I dont seen it stay in open long.

Great food and service. The food taste better. The store is always clean. We are glad that there is finally a good management team to run this store, just watching everyone who work there shows the management team know how to (as my dad says) GET ER DONE!!! They are proud of this store and it shows!! We are very thankful for the new Mgmt and employees!! Yes there are a few employees that stayed, why-its because they care. Thanks guys!!

Disgusting! Had bird feathers in our bourbon chicken! Idk how thats even possible but I was so disgusted :(. The manager was anything but accommodating, he didnt pull the meat to keep other customers from eating it. That place has gone extremely downhill. Ill sadly never eat there again. Also their dishes are always dirty. Keep an eye out and youll see what Im talking about. Its pretty gross :(

The prices in restaurant dont match online. Very dirty. I couldnt eat hardly anything due to allergies and having witnessed cross contamination, my husband tried fish and couldnt even eat it and there werent hardly any desert options either. $40 wasted. We will NEVER be back. Update: ended up with food poisoning due to the salad bar not being kept at proper temperature.

I just wanted to say came in on fathers day ,,place was so disfuncional you couldnt get food,, bar was empty when the meat came off wasnt done all the way hell the only good thong was service ,,,the managers shouldnt be if they cant run the store,,I use to go eat there at least three times a week but ,,,ryans has my attention along with many others

Once seated, we didnt see a waitress for 15 minutes. The tables and floors were dirty. The food was well picked through with undesirable selections available. Very few things were actually fresh. The lady manning the steak grill didnt speak English. And all this for $34.95 for two people. No thanks.

Im revising my original 3 star rating to 4 stars because I have to a acknowledge the improvement this location is making in all areas. Upgrades to the overall appearance, painting, cleaning, and staff changes has turned this once run of the mill place a bit more polished and enjoyable. Good work GC

This restaurant has the nicest employees and friendliest managers. We go once a week and are treated like family by the staff. My guys can be a handful for the wait staff too but they are always so good with them and never complain. Thank you so much to the staff at Greenwoods Golden Corral!

Breakfast is the best in town for the money. Its a meat lovers paradise. Service is outstanding. Hey, if you have any issues at all with anything, tell someone while youre there and give them a chance to fix it. Its kind of pricey, so budget if you bring your family.
