We have been to their restaurants three times. The 1st time, on 21st and Shadeland- a chipped plate was used to serve food. Once it was brought to servers attention she disappeared and we had to check ourselves out, and let manager know. The manager then argued with us when we requested a discount. She gave us 10% off. If it were me running their restaurant anyone with that issue would have eaten for free. The $2 in food cost is not worth a lawsuit, or the dissatisfaction for that matter. However they were being cheap, careless and treating us as a problem for them. 2nd time- Great service, food mediocre. on Meridian St. on a Friday morning. You could tell they were on their "A" Game for the business crowd, however I was not going to complain since we were there to say goodbye to a great co-worker. 3rd time, Saturday morning, 3/25/17 on Meridian. They sat us and we waited 10 minutes while 4 servers (all female) stared at us and didnt help. Finally guy comes and helps us. $4 for "fresh squeezed orange juice" (less than 8 o.z)! The breakfast was tastleless and had cold "mini waffles" which are a joke. $16 later (for just myself) and when we complained they just said "sorry". Mediocre quality food and service. We wont be back. Lincoln Square banks on the chain they have going and their name recognition. They are poorly run and staffed by people who could care less, its just a job. If you want quality breakfast try LePeep- who can rarely be beat for their value/quality/quantity and no questions asked, polite and professional SERVICE.

After a doctor appointment I had 3 hours to kill before work, so we decided to give this place a try after hearing great things from friends. We arrived at about 11:20am and were seated right away. The gal that sat us is also our server and got our drinks right away. It makes me super happy that they have Pepsi products as Im obsessed with Mt. Dew. Our server gave us plenty of time to go over the menu and checked back with us twice while we decided. While we waited for our food to come out I took the time to look around and examine the dinning room. Its a large open room with tons of tables and booths. There is even a bar area at the kitchen you can sit at as well. From what Ive observed the staff at the door is friendly and energetic. Our server is very friendly as well. Our food came out relatively fast and was delicious. I went with a western omelet. The eggs were fluffy, the green pepper tasted crispy and fresh, and there was just the right amount of cheese. Instead of doing pancakes I opted for wheat toast. It was fancy wheat, not that generic kind youll find at other places. The bacon was delicious too. Nice and thick. All in all this was a great place, worth every penny, and Ill definitely be back.

The food is good-but the staff NOT so much. Customer service is everything. I placed an order over the phone and was given one price and then when I arrived was told something different. This is the second time something like this has happen. The female front desk clerk was rude, impatient and do not know how control her emotions-and refuse to listen and kept abruptly cutting me off. I was simply trying to explain to her what I ordered. how I ordered it and what I wanted. Price is not the issue- their policy is not the issue, the cost of the items are not the issue. BAD customer service, unprofessionalism, lack of self control and staff that do not know how to take an order, and communicate within their team-that IS THE ISSUE. I can take my money else where. Management should focus more on the quality of their customer service instead of the quantity (how many people) they can pack in the restaurant at one time. The front desk staff needs diversity training, customer service training and a course on how to deal with and control their emotions when dealing with the consumer public. Customer service is not everyone.

I ordered a vegetarian omelette and pancakes and everything was delicious. Overall, better than average breakfast, at a fair price. Service was timely and our server was very polite, professional and attentive. I would have given them 5 stars, except that my water tasted kind of funny (probably because of the ice), and I asked if they had bottled water instead. The server brought me another glass of water, and she said this one was from the filter. Now, this may not bother most people, unless they are like me and only drink water at restaurants. What is it about the iced water that tasted so weird? Dirty ice machine? In any case, this is not a deal breaker, but does raise questions about hygiene.

We went there with a large party for a meeting. The waitress was very sweet. She was super busy so we did have to make sure she didnt forget about us. But when our food came, she was making sure that everyone got everything they needed. She ran back and forth getting everything that people wanted. When she brought the wrong soup, she bagged the correct soup for her to take home, even after the woman said that it was fine. Great tasting food as well! The potato wedges were delicious and the blt club had a ton of bacon on it, which usually isnt the case at other places. Great job.

Sooooo good!! Always had great service and food at Lincoln Square. Just wish they would open one up on the NorthWest side of town. Its a 20 minute drive for us to get here...but we will occassionally do it JUST for the breakfast here. LARGE selection of breakfast menu items. Healthy to over indulgence of sweetened pancakes. Much to choose from. Staff are always professional and friendly. If you havent been here, you should try it. If you are visiting Indy...there is a local small chain of these that you should visit while in town.

This is the second time I have been here! The experience was just as amazing as the first. I came this time for the OJ which by the way is the best I have ever had as it is fresh squeezed!! The Lincoln skillet ordered with bacon and scrambled eggs is a great way to get your day started washing it down with a hot cup of coffee! I have been sorry I didnt know about this place a long time ago but I will definitely be a return customer for a long time to come especially with the great friendly and eye pleasing staff!!

Met a friend here for lunch, the food and service was great. While leaving I spotted a slice of chocolate cake. I used my debit card to pay $3.80. When I checked my bank account I was charged $6.80. Looked at my receipt $3.80. Called the mgr and was told to come in and they would refund, too far to travel for $3. Dont think I will eat there again
