Alright atmosphere. A nice place to go if youre willing to spend $14 +tax times however many people included in your bill is for dinner. Self-seated, a plethora of booths line the walls on the right side. With only 2 small islands to select your food from, half of which is fried, your best bet is with the salad bar or steaks. The salad bar has more options than the 2 islands combined, and the steak area has incredible sauteed mushrooms, and peppers and onions. Besides steak, grilled cheeseburgers and chicken breasts are also two equally fair options. Perhaps the time that which I ate here most recently, it probably being my third time, was just an off day, but the cheesecake tasted off. I suspect it may have been going sour as staff had given no clue as to how long my dessert mainly comprised of cream cheese and eggs had sat out prior to my arrival at the establishment. Seemingly, they are going through bakers, whatever that has to do with how long my cheesecake sat out. The chicken in the kabobs a little dry, and no indication of which steaks are rare, medium, etc.. Despite the flaws in service, a drink is included with your price, that being soda, tea, and much more. The baby back ribs are a must have, quite juicy and not too hot or sweet - just right. The complementary biscuits and homemade butter are great if youre willing to fill up on bread - the butter is great! Despite the poor food selection, what they do have is great, and service is too but any customer service is subject to the waitress/waiter and not the entirety of the staff or establishment. Overall, a great place to eat, but not quite 5 stars. Youd have to blow me away! Other than what Ive listed, no problems, and I would happily eat here again.

Good: One of the widest selections I have seen in this price range. The food was fresh and tasted great. I witnessed employees constantly keeping the food areas clean. Friendly service. Bad: Nothing. I had hesitated to visit this place, but did so based on a solid recommendation. I was not disappointed. In regard to the food being fresh, I kept a close eye on the macncheese because it is the true test. Now, I didnt eat any of it, but I was simply amazed because it always looked fresh... from the beginning to the end of my visit... the dreaded crusty skin never appeared! This buffet was looking amazingly well. On a side note, vegetarians should not shy away because of this restaurants name--this place had a great salad bar and both cooked and grilled vegetables were available on the hot bars. If visiting Columbus and looking for a place to eat that will please everyone in the party--this is THE place.

Its your standard buffet affair, a bit pricey at that. Food is usually pretty great though and very fresh if you visit during lunch hour. Desserts are bountiful, lots of entrees to choose from too. In addition to an extensive salad bar & grill for steak. My issue lies within the *Drink Included* moniker, your drink is free with your meal, even if you just want water, youre *not* paying for it. The other issue I have is the macaroni & cheese. Its a simple dish, but Sirloin Stockades take on Mac & Cheese somehow tastes poorly and watered down.

If youre ever in Columbus and wanting buffet food, Ill highly recommend Sirloin Stockade. Its on Hwy 31 next to Kroger. Weve gone for years and Ive never had a problem with cleanliness (which I do with many of them). Theres a great fresh 2 sided salad bar. They have so much more than Golden Coral ... which is mostly toppings. Good selection of desserts and decent entrees, pizza, hamburgers and other hot sandwiches... of course steak.

Family owned and operated by the family, they run a clean restaurant, most buffet places are so-so, but this place raises the bar on fresh, and good tasting food, cleanliness, and the friendliness of the staff. A smaller, but better run opeation, than Ryans or Golden Corral. NEVER have had 1 bad experience here, the same CANT be said for the big chain competition outfits.

Clean, quick, the waitress was very nice and very attentive. Large selection of food, nothing ran empty. Large salad bar, steak, seafood and good home cooking. Very large desert bar. We come here very often and its always a nice visit. Price is about $14 for an adult and that includes the drink and all you can eat.

Ive been to buffets before. I get them. I dont get this place. Not a bit of sirloin. Hardly any beef. Not much food. Lots of mediocre salad bar. Lots and lots and lots of dessert. The old ladies who bus tables and give you drinks are between incompetent and rude. What food we could get was average to poor.

Good price and good food. Everybody, no matter how picky an eater, can find plenty to eat here. Everything from a huge salad bar to steaks, chicken, pizza, taco salad, and hot wings...and of course the yeast rolls. :-) This is a great place to take the family. It keeps tummys and wallets happy.

Typical All you can eat buffet. While they do offer a wide variety of foods to choose from, the food itself is average. Large salad bar, soups, meats and veggies and desserts. Is the only all you can eat buffet in Columbus, Indiana that isnt Chinese food. Good place to take kids for the variety.

Ive been to a lot of buffets and this is one of the best. They have everything. During my visit, I made a taco salad. It was delicious. The dessert table had one of the best peanut butter pies Ive had (especially for a frozen pie). This place is also great for kids.

Got in and out quickly all of the food was wonderful and hot and fresh. They continually kept everything stocked and our waitress always had our drinks topped off. We definitely left their full and got our moneys worth!

For those who are older and dont want the buffet, theres daily specials at a reasonable price. With soup and salad bar, bread and dessert all under $10.00. With coffee, tea, and soda it offers something for everyone.

I enjoy Stockade but have noticed the past several months that gnats have taken the place over. It was difficult to enjoy the meal with all the gnats flying around our food. I hope they address this issue promptly.

For the food selection this is the best Sirloin Stockade I have been to. I have been to three different ones, and all three of them tend to prepare the food differently. Same Restaurant different foods go figure!!!

Its really overpriced... the steaks are always overdone. The hot wings are kinda oily. The fried chicken and rum bread pudding is good. Everything else is pretty mediocre. Kind of reminds me of hospital food.
