The worst I have ever had at this location, the lady at the register was surly and very rude. It was 7:15pm and the buffet was practically empty, no biscuits, fried steak, no gravy no cole slaw, not any cobbler, and when I requested some she let me know she guessed she was in charge and then went refill and loud, slamming lids etc... Then had to ask Manager for peaches and pudding dessert. We had to look for a clean table and there was only 2 we could find. Noticed other customers doing the same! Please follow up with these people!#

This place is awful. I have ordered livers a lot trying to get that one time it was great! (The one and only time they prepared the livers when I ordered they were so freaking good) but they go straight to the bar. Now you cant get anything from the bar after 8, but if youre inside you will see the employees get old livers from the bar and serve them at the drive thru. Ive called and the the seemed receptive... but nothing was done, telling me that either the chickens run THIS coop or he is inept at mgmt!

Terrible service, never received a receipt or an order number , the food was prepared and presented by the same person. A drink was spilled and we notified the staff, nothing was done. The seats were crusted with dirt and grime. And to top it off we had to go ask for part of our food because it was forgotten about. By far THE WORST Kentucky Fried Chicken in Kentucky.

the dining room is a mess & pretty much stays that way I worked there and over the course of 3 weeks thats all I spent my time doing in this place literally a 7 hour shift cleaning ridiculous.!! the food is great though and the staff is very sweet.!! bathrooms need work bad.!

Paid $33 for the 16 piece meal for my family. My mashed potatoes came with complimentary hair from one of the staff. Not doing take out from here again...maybe Ill give this one another chance by taking the buffet.

To start out, the lady running the drive thru was very unpleasant and had a very foul mouth and the cook there is a child molester who makes it his personal mission to bring everyone down. Good food. Crappy service

Good food, but very busy and noisy. Restrooms arent very clean. They havent been well maintained any time Ive been there. Usually the toilets are very dirty, and sink doesnt look like its been cleaned in awhile.

Best KFC around. The buffet is probably the best deal going on anywhere. Buffet for two at $15.12 is hard to beat for great chicken plus side dishes and drink.
