The older woman with red hair attending my family and I was giving us an attitude. Seemed like she didnt even want to attend us when we were giving our order. She only gave my family an attitude from all the other customers. Seems funny that we were the only different race from the other customers. I did not appreciate the attitude she gave my mother at all, as I am sure many of us would not like it when someone is giving our mothers a hard time. The receipt says that her name was Dalphine so she may give you a bad attitude if she doesnt like you or your appearance. The other younger girl was a lot nicer to us so try to order from her if you want to avoid a bad attitude just to simply place an order of food.

SOOOOOOO much better than the KFC on Preston in Louisville i will come to this one from now on and anyone not happy for the great service or food at this store better never find themselves at that store. Its nice to be treated like a customer and spoke to like someone that didnt run your dog over. They will actually try to make you a satisfied customer and unlike Preston you will not feel like your being punished for trying to eat here. I just want to say if ur want to come to eat and not watch some pants sagging bugger picking thugs in a who can do the least contest avoid Preston KFC and come to Sellersburg. Its a few miles out the way but well worth it.

If you are a fan of gizzards, dont waste your money. They were tough and chewy. Also if you like cheese with your breadsticks, you are out of luck. But the chicken tenders were juicy, the cookies were good and the biscuits werent cold and dried out the way they usually are. If you go up just one more exit, theres a lot more options!

It was dirty plus they do it every single time but they give me the wrong side! Just like today they gave my mash potatoes instead of what I ordered which was mac and cheese! I hate this KFC! Its one thing to do it once but they do it every single time! Im very embarrassed because Im related to Coronial Sanders!

The staff are friendly and helpful but if you go close to closing around 8 or 830 the place is disgusting chicken bones on floor of dining room, its clean in the afternoon but closer to close its gross, go early if you want the buffet it closes at 8

The service was great. The food was greasy. The people eating in there were rude. One older lady was literally coughing on the food while someones child threw a tantrum. Not a place to stop if you want peace and quiet.

Every time I go there they always get the orders wrong. I ordered mash potatoes and popcorn chicken and I got mash potatoes and 2 biscuits and I did not even receive utensils or napkins. Common this is just poor service

Hrs on one door says 0830 and on other 0900 but when you go in to get some food man behind counter says all they have is biscuits ready and they dont serve food til 1000. Parking lot covered in trash.
