Usually this place is awesome, the food is really good and the employees are friendly. Today was a different story. The food was good but I dont think I have ever had worst customer service. I think the lady was new, but it started when we entered and she was on her phone. We told her it was to go, so she told us to come to the check out when our boxes are ready. When it came time to pay she told us our total as she walked away, so I simply asked "Im sorry, how much was that" and she responded to me like I was hard at hearing, it was kind of rude. Then when she was trying to put thw boxes in the bag she looked like she was kind of struggling so I tried to help her by grabbing the box on top. When I did that she began to roll her eyes in the back of her head. I apologized and told her I was just trying to help and she said "DONT". My mother and I looked at each other for a minute then mom said she would appreciate it if she didnt talk to me that was and she just looked down the rest of the time.

I am always on the lookout to find reasonably healthy options in the Elizabethtown area. Whenever I shopped at Kroger, I would discard this place thinking it is another greasy Chinese buffet. Dont get me wrong, it does have all the greasy Chinese food you can ask for, but it also has healthy options. I decided to try this place because I saw a small sign advertising their Mongolian bbq. It was very good. I hope that it will get more popular so they can expand it and offer more vegetable and sauce options. I also was surprised by their having a sushi selection. There was a salad bar and fresh fruit. If you are looking for good greasy Chinese, they have endless counters with food. I am definitely going to go again.

This place just seems to be getting worse. The first time I went here I felt it was the better of choices in the area as it had sushi and a hibachi. Now they rarely have sushi available and if they do it is one type that tastes like it has been sitting out all day. The rest of the food quality is either old and stale or over cooked. The dining area has a bunch of tables that look like they were won at a 2 bit auction as they all have some damage to them that makes them look like they are dirty. I also dont recall ever seeing someone on the staff smile, but they do a pretty good job at keeping our table cleaned and drinks filled.

I tell you what....I have never been teased so much in my life. I pull up and it smells WONDERFUL. I get in and get my first plate and sit down. As I take the first bite, I immediately regret eating there. Luckily it was only 9 dollars. To there defense, its a Buffet, and the food isnt going to be amazing. I still thought that maybe, just maybe....the food would be good. The chicken I ate was basically just crust and air. Oh, cant forget the sauce. So it was sauce, (old) crust, and air. All in all, I got my soda really really fast. So if your thirsty, this is a place to go!!!

On 12-31-2015 My wife and I along with my grandaughter had lunch at family buffet. After which we were all three sick as hell. We were all in and out of the bathroom with diarehha. And nautious all day new years day couldnt get out of bed all day we felt pretty rough. Im guessing the cause was food poisoning though i dont see how to prove it. I forewarn anyone who eats here to beware. We felt like death after paying for a meal here. Do not recommend to anyone and will be calling the board of health about this place and the garbage they are serving.

We use to eat at the Family Buffet often when first arrive in Etwon. Sometime once or twice each week for dinner. However the quality of the food went down. They never have any stock specially the crab leg. I dont under when you pay $12-13 and have to asked the to replenish the bar or stand and wait it is not worth it. However we found another Chinese Buffet which the other brother own...Kingdom Buffer. It is much better. The owner is the younger brothet and he is much more friendly along with his staff. Try it out.

Just ate there, the food at the buffet was not up to temperature, and very bland. The only thing edible was the fruit and desert of the buffet, but they could have done with additional silverware. Food was overpriced and the bathrooms were horribly dirty..... will not come back and would not recommend.... F.Y.I. now that I come to think of it there was no raiding from any health inspector , my stomach is turning badly!

If your going to charge a premium price make sure you are serving fresh food. Just because you are serving a lot of different foods doesnt justify the price. If most of the food is disappointing there is no value in that. If you have crab legs left over throw them out, dont re-heat and serve!! For more information on our reviews check out the website

Amazing coconut shrimp, fried shrimp, jalapeno chicken, pineapple chicken and cheese wontons and so much more. Food was hot and fresh, and the service was great. They have so many great desserts to choose from as well. Bring your appetite when you visit this place and save room for some sweet treats!

I love everything I eat there. Of course I dont eat everything they serve, but the fried chicken wings are yummy, the beef and broccoli is cooked perfect, I always over eat the egg drop soup, I could go on, but I wont

Good: As others have mentioned, the selection is good. On my visit, service was friendly. I would say this place is average. Nothing to go out of the way for, but nothing to avoid. It is a typical Chinese buffet.

Its a good place to eat at all times. Problems happen on Friday and Saturday nights when crab lefts are being served. The cooks serve them up slow an very small amounts.

Crab was over cooked and tasted like water. Ragoon was stale, the rice is old. For the price you pay the food should be better than this.
