Horrible service and the mgr Freddie gay ass is racist...i went there to buy a turkey and he told me they do not warm it up however i paid for my turkey and came on Thanksgiving day to pick it up and find out all the Mexicans got a warmed up cooked turkey when i asked him why did he not give me that option..he said because they paid for it...well i would have if i knew i could pay 10.00 to cook it for me....he is horrible and racist then got an attitude about it when i asked him....which is why i would never go there again...he also does not honor their receipt coupon ...so why have it printed on the back of the receipt if you dont honor...they need to close this place down ...I have also seen them drop food and then pick it up i walked out and said that is nasty and the person who dropped it looked around to make sure no one saw it....it was a Mexican man and i feel that is nasty...Freddie needs to relocate and allow a REAL MGR run that place...clean up the bathroom and get better service and stop being so rude to ppl when they visit ....i hate this place and will drive past them to go to popeyes chicken ...this place is a health code violation

Very disappointed in both the service and the wait time at the Waukegan location. We didnt realize it was past lobby hours so after walking in the unlocked doors fifteen minutes past lobby hours we were instructed to go through the drive through. No problem, we apologized for not realizing the time. It took around five-ten minutes to get to the order speaker. We were then told it would be another seven-ten minutes. I really wanted chicken so we waited. Very quick apology, not very sincere when our order was finally taken. People behind us kept driving away, one after placing an order (understandably). We got our food five minutes or so later. Our food was fresh and hot, at least. Overall, the food was good but worst customer service Ive received anywhere. Ive had mixed experiences at popeyes locations- some are great and some just arent. I dont recommend going to this location.

Sucks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I went here to grab a busicut for on the train to chicago i had 20 min to grab that and get to the train. I figured it would be enough time. Wrong! took 5 min to get thru line which was fine. Then the Stupid b*^(h running the register gave me the wrong change by 5.10$ so shes like ok give me back the money. stands there for 2 min just texting on her phone!!!!!!!!!! then some one else comes over the chick is still texting finally she like we will have your change in a min... took 3 more min.....!!!!!!!!!!!!!! this place is not run properly and is full of stupid employees!!!!!!!!!! needless to say i missed my train by 2 min! I will never come to this location again... and most likely ever come back to any location.... TY Popeyes you just lost a costumer.

Worst food ive ever tasted chicken was not cooked thoroughly and my order was wrong I had ordered a 9 Piece mild chicken with mashed potatoes I was in a hurry so I left the store and when I got home I noticed that I had french fries instead of mashed potatoes and the french fries were all in a paper bag and filled with grease it was so disgusting I will never eat there again in my life the chicken was not even cooked all the way through and I live too far to bring it back but they will never get another dollar from me

AWFUL SERVICE. I have gone there a few times, and NEVER even made it to the drive-thru window! Ive sat in line for 15 minutes before, and didnt even BUDGE. The one time I did make it to the menu to order, they were out of everything I asked for! Who the hell is working in there?!?!? Pathetic!!!! This place either needs more/better employees or just needs to shut down because it is a complete WASTE OF SPACE. Tip: KFC is only a few stores down.

ordered 12 pc. chicken spicy no thighs. I got a box that was halfway open with 4 thighs 1 breast 3 wings 4 legs. I paid $19.60. wait a minute for what I paid minus a piece of chicken. they have a sale for 11pc. 13.99 mixed. my experience with this business is over. This is a Ghetto popeyes. every time I place an order something is wrong with the order. Im done with this store!!! Bye Felicia!!!

I dont like their breading on the chicken but thats not why I gave them two stars. The location I went too had served me cold chicken and I did let them know it was cold. All they told me was sorry and didnt offer to change it for warm/hot chicken. I will not be returning to a Popeyes especially if they all just keep mass amounts of cold chicken next to the heat lamps to hand to people.

The food is good, but it is by far the slowest service I have ever seen. Employee turnover seems to be regular. I commonly see employees standing around. The last three times I went, I waited 15-20 minutes for chicken tenders... Chicken tenders. There were others waiting longer than me. If you go, you can expect good food but it will probably be faster to go home and cook it yourself.

0 stars!!!! Omg disgusting...... I just saw thwm drop my babys chicken on the coner an try to put it on our plate!!!!!! Then got called a liar when i said i saw it and need them to cook us other!!!! Even the manager or owner or who ever he is!!!!!! Need less to say this well be our last tine eating here!!!! Wish i didnt already pay!!!!

This place has the worst customer service ever feels almost like the employees just dont care. This place needs strick managing director. Also BE WARNED!!Theres several occasions were my order is missing the fries or in some ocassion the buns were all burned up. I literally like going to north Chicago then this place.

Like everyone else has said on here and other places, the services here is HORRIBLE. Its been a LONG time since Ive been to the N. Chicago location, so I dont remember how their service is, but if you want super fast and friendly service, go to the Kenosha Popeyes, you will not be disappointed!!

Can never get the order right, how do you run out of chicken and I went one time and waited almost 10 minutes for the drive thru person to come back...I chose to leave...when I turn the corner the ENTIRE staff was on a smoke break out front and had me waiting at the drive thru. Sad. Just sad.

Only getting 2 starts because the food is still good. Service is abysmal, barely a hello, I have never heard a thank you. Any order no matter how big or small takes at LEAST 10 minutes to make it to you and the staff acts like you should be grateful they gave you the food you paid for at all
