This place has declined in quality. For years it was a staple for good stuff like gyros and kababs. In the last several months however the quality has just become poor. Most recently we got a fried chicken dinner and a gyro plate. The fries were soggy, the fried chicken clearly old and under a heat lamp for longer than it ever should have been, and the tzatziki sauce for the gyro was more of a flavorless white slaw that was wrong in lots of ways. Im done going here. Go up to Touhy and go to Evans instead. Though the service there is a bit rough around the edges, at least the restaurant is clean and the food quality is good.

Generally good place I used to work in the city for a private ambulance company. I found a lot of places with good food like Charcoal Delights. However, every other small burger place I went to I was created with, "What do you want?" And long wait times. Charcoal Delights staff were pleasant people and everyone seemed happy to be doing a good job. Its just kinda nice to get good food from nice people.

I would say the main thing keeping it from five stars are 2 things:the cleanliness and drive thru times. They cant be blamed for the time it takes to make the food, but maybe having a drive thru where you typically make people wait about 10 minutes isnt right. But to be honest the food makes it worth it.

Ordered grilled ham n cheese plenty of ham and not plenty of cheese, if there were no ham it would basically be a bread sandwich for $8, questioned manager and he basically brushed it off......pennies to put cheese on sandwich will cost this Cheapo hundreds since I wont return!!

Be careful on pricing, I ordered a Combo and it was $8:45 with tax. The menu does not show the price for just a combo. For another buck you get a drink and fries, a special. If I ever go back (very doughtful) Ill order the special and give the fries to a bum hanging outside.

Horrible experience, gyros were dry and burnt, hotdogs were white from sitting in water way to long with no flavor. Never going there. Good luck if you go. I really hoping it was going to better. Love charcoal food but thus was horrible!!!

I love the food here its best burgers and gyros around the area by far. The only minor gripe I have with them is service is not consistent. One day friendly the next not so much. I will continue to dine here regardless.

This place came highly recommended. Other peoples food looked good. DO NOT GET THE CHEESE STEAK! Its just cooked lunch meat covered with way too much artificial nacho chese sauce. Disgusting.

It,s ok in burgers and sandwich. But I dont like the kind of Buffalo wings same flavor like kfc. Not even spicy or juicy, and they dont even have sauce. So they arent Buffalo wings

Great grilled chicken, and the best Cole slaw on earth! Get the large Cole slaw for $1.99, its better than KFC or any other Cole slaw! The fries are great also.
