One of the best places to dine in/carry out in the Chicago area. The place may be small compared to other Indian restaurants, but the quality of food, cleanliness and the hospitality is that which makes this place really big, not to mention the prices!!. Only suggestion would be if the super hot menu dishes can be served in non-plastic containers, that would be awesome!. The menu customized to the tastes, and the authenticity of the taste itself makes this place one of the best out in the area. Give it a try and check out yourself!!.

** Note: This place is NOT a run-of-the-mill desi place opened just to make money ** The food is absolutely amazing!!! Taste-wise this place is so authentic and awesome, it reminds me of India when I was growing up!! Run by two brothers that know how to cook! I used to go India House regularly.....but I havent gone there since I found India Foodie. I cant say enough how tasty the food is. I stop by this place every week! Kudos!!

I have been here couple times for dine in. Very clean place and comfortable as well. The food was very delicious and well cooked. The chefs were very friendly and informative. I highly recommend this place and couple dishes such as "cheese butter masala" (no other restaurants that I have been to have this dish) and "Egg keema with gravy".

It was a small place but the food was really good. We ordered butter naan, bullet naan which was stuffed with green chillies so, I felt it really spicy. Then veg korma, butter chicken, paneer pakoda, pakora, spinach biryani and lamb biryani. All the items were really tasty.

Authentic home food. Delicious and freshly prepared. We ordered paneer curry and nan, loved it. It is a small place with 7-8 tables, food is served in use and throw plates. A lot of people have placed to go orders as well.

Food was very good and would warrant 4 stars. Its more of a fast casual atmosphere where youre served plastic utensils, styrofoam containers and paper plates. No hot tea options. Nice people.
