While I agree they have good food (not a good as it used to be), but the guys out there are rude. I have been going to this place for last 1 year. This happened today, I was out in Naperville and was heading back to schaumburg. I order goat biryani for carry out. My plan changed and I had to stay back in naperville, so I had courtesy to call these guys right away (not even 5 min past I placed the order) and asked to cancel my order. But the guy on other side was rude and he started yelling at me. he started to use bad words and was like dont ever place order with us. Is this the way any one treats their customers? If these guys talk to their customers this way that means they are not here for business. I would never go to this place again and would not recommend any of my friends to go here. I used to get food from this place at least 2 times a week. Hope they learn something on how to treat their customers.

Paradise? Not exactly. This is one of those hit or miss places. Sometimes the biryani is passable and sometime it is just horrid. Consistency is a major problem here. I picked up an order earlier this week and the rice was under-cooked and the chicken had gone bad. The biryani was obviously not fresh, which is such a shame. If the name of your restaurant is "biryani point" and you cant even make that right, you dont really have a lot going for you, do you? Another MAJOR problem is poor customer service. They never greet or smile at their customers. Most look like they are in a jail (similar uniforms too!) All in all poor customer service and serious lack of consistency makes for a very ordinary dining experience. There are a million other places that make better biryani. How they expect to compete with lackluster food quality and service is beyond me.

I hated it....now i hate it more than ever.. Not worth it. BUT this place has quite a committed bunch of customers. I went for dine in, but the place has some strange smell. It smelled like cooked chicken left out in the open. I could not take it, finished my dinner as fast as I could, just to get out of the place. Probably, that was the only time I ate so fast at a restaurant. By the by, the quantity is very little. For somebody with good appetite, DONT GO to paradise pointe. Since then, bought food for carry out. After a couple of take outs, figured the quality has surely gone down. Chicken biryani is total crap. Sometimes, I feel like they pack left over food for carry out orders. The look and feel of the food just doesnt seem right. I am done with this stupid place. Never again going back. bye A

Stay away from this horrible place. I went there first time to get some biryani. Ordered 3 different types and placed my order 30 min prior to getting there. When I got there they asked me to wait for 10 min. After 10 min I got up and asked where my order was and they said they did not have my order. I was like WTF!!! Then they presumably found my order and after another 15 min wait they give me my order and collect my money. When I get to my car I see only 2 items given instead of 3. Went back in and the morons working there said they did not know what happened. Finally got my food and came back home to find the biryani pretty rotten with meat that tasted like leather and it was full of huge onions. I mean what a joke! This place needs to shut down. Absolutely stay away at all costs!!!

Manager has no business skills nor is keen on increasing his customer base, very rude. When we visited there was not a single customer, we reached before 40 mins when they close, but he mentioned we are closing buffet in 10 mins, Considering his buffet food is still all going to go waste he didnt even gave us an option to take whatever we can but instead showed an attitude as why are we even there, forget about greeting the only customer with a smile during that time! All staff members looked unprofessional. We ordered alacarte, goat biryani had uncooked mutton and mirchi ka salaan was an insult, overall its a shame to the original Paradise Hyd name..I can never recommend this to anyone.

If you like Tasteless, flavorless Biryani then this is your place to go. Only thing you will find the biryani is the basmati rice with color. I was returning to Milwaukee from Chicago and decided to pick some Biryani for dinner. I did not expect the $9 Biryani to have uncooked potatoes in it. I picked one Veg and one Egg biryani. Whats the difference between the two? Just add two boiled eggs to Veg Biryani and you have egg biryani. Quite fundamental, eh? I make better Dum biryani at home with organic ingredients and the cost would not be more than $4 for 4 people. Please avoid Paradise Biryani Pointe at any cost. You are better off eating at Chipotle than eating this colored rice.

Bakwas, Hopeless and the worst dining experience. SOmeone suggested it is a good place. The Baingan Bartha was real hopeless and yuk. The Sheek kabab was bland inspite of the seasoning they did. Everything was so bad that we all (6 of us) lost the total mood for the night. If it was about closing time why would i be rushed . After we got seated we were rushed through the ordering process and they missed so many stuffs. When certain foods stayed untouched , they never asked Why? Cheap ! Someone suggested it was a good place and we traveled 37 miles to this place. An unfortunate dining experience.

We have always loved the Buffet here. So while we were looking for catering for a family event, we considered Biryani Pointe and were very impressed by the overall experience. The manager was very helpful in understanding our requirements and made good suggestions. We order chicken biryani, chicken 65, gobi manchurian, paneer makhani along with naan. All dishes came out very well and our guests were very happy. The quantity was almost 50% more than we expected and we had plenty of food to distribute. Gulab Jamun we had for dessert capped a great evening for all of us

For the Company Thanksgiving Party at the UCA Group in Elgin, Nov 23, 2016. We ordered several dishes, both Veg. and Non Veg, from Paradise Biryani Pointe, and again we were not disappointed to say the least. The Food was excellent and provided on time by efficient and friendly staff. All attendees thoroughly enjoyed the cuisine from the Appetizers to the Dessert, the Food was delicious and very much appreciated by all. If youre looking for a good, tasty and satisfying meal with excellent and timely service, I would strongly recommend you try this Restaurant.

I visited this place after seeing positive reviews and was really disappointed. There is nothing good to be talked about this restaurant. The buffet items were below average. Chicken biryani was just average and no other items are worth talking about. I would not suggest going here unless you dont have any option. The only good part was that we got the table immediately as there were very little people on a Sunday afternoon which we later thought itself was an indication.

Awful experience ... The restaurant staff is so rude. I wanted to try biryani on a Friday afternoon. When I asked is there no biryani, the waiter said Biryani is only on Saturday and Sunday in buffet, but he never even mentioned that I could order biryani from the menu. When I asked on my way out, the guy at the counter was so rude and I would never go to this place again. I would give ZERO points.
