This is the Moon Indian restaurant. Good food flavor, but both biryani orders were over-spiced, and server was very passive-aggressive about it. He offered to recook both dishes and pack them for takeout, but that suspiciously took less than 2 minutes. After we got home, realized that he didnt recognize the dishes, but simply boxed the same dishes for takeout. Spent over $100 there, and will never return, after this treatment. I had asked for only moderate spiciness, and I love spicy food, but felt that the biryanis were over-spiced to the point that it was painful. May be fine for Indian palates. Some of the other entrees we ordered were just fine, and the naan was first rate, but the treatment I got for not liking the biryanis was terrible!

Pathetic. As you enter the restaurant, you get the SMELL of tamarind; & you find tamarind in your biriyani! You order Chicken 65 & you get what is close to Chicken Manchurian! You order Chettinad curry, & what you get is quite different. Obviously they have no inkling of Chettinad cuisine, - or, Indian cookery in general. I found out the cook is from Nepal, probably a thousand miles from Chettinad, an area in the South of India well known for its unique cooking methods & excellent food. Sure, the person in charge & other staff are very nice & caring, but that can in no way make up for the food you are served.

Good food, nice spread on the buffet. Good flavors on the North Indian food, though not very spicy at all. Good Chicken Tikka, good Palak Paneer, and good fried offerings. Aloo bhindi was a standout. Only complaint on the food is that the naan is a bit heavy. Service is friendly, if not always reliable. They forgot our drink order but were apologetic about it when they realized. The dosa and sambar dal are not worth coming here for though. The sambaar is even a bit sweet instead of spicy, so if youre looking for South Indian look elsewhere for now, but for the lunch buffet, this place is totally worth it.

My boyfriend and I ate there on 10/12 and ate two wonderful meals, tea, coffee, and an appetiser that had 3 spicy sauces and a flaky, baked chips or bread. My boyfriend had a shrimp meal and I had a chicken marsala. Ive eaten the buffet there at lunch twice already and liked it too. If you like Indian food, I believe youll like it there. A little new to Indian food, we had to be careful of too spicy items, but the staff was helpful in letting us know what was mild or too spicy or somewhere in between. The portions we had were fairly large and can be shared or saved for a doggy bag the next day.

Our family and friends have been to Moon Indian Cuisine numerous times. We have ALWAYS been pleased with the terrific food and the outstanding service. Moon is family owned and operated, and very friendly. We have eaten Indian food in multiple countries and Moon is totally authentic. We have always immensely enjoyed going here. Every dish all of us have tried has been superb. If you have never tried Indian cuisine, be assured that it can be mild or spicy -- your choice. If you are an Indian cuisine aficionado and have not yet been to Moon, you truly have been missing out.

The food is great! Its a great way to try new food if you have never had Indian. My personal favorite is the Chicken Tikki Masala. Amazing! The place is very clean and the food on the bar is hot and delicious. You have to try it! We have eaten here twice. Both times we were greeted kindly and had a great meal. The last time we ate there my wife asked how they made the cubed cheese in one of their dishes. The owner took the time to explain it and talked with us for a few minutes.

I was definitely skeptical about going to this place when a friend invited me the lunch buffet because am not a buffet type person and was not keen on trying Indian food. When I say the food was delicous oh my gosh. I wish I had enough stomach to keep eating. The food/dessert was delicious. The meats are well seasoned. I am definitely making this my go to spot whenever am in the area. I was pleased and my stomached was very thankful that day.

My husband and I have eaten at Moon Indian Cuisine in Marietta several times. The food has always been excellent. We have eaten at a lot of Indian Restaurants in the Atlanta area and I think Moon Indian Cuisine is one of the best. The staff is very nice and provides excellent service. They have a buffet at lunch and individual dishes at night. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone.

I cant say enough how amazing the food was. I got chicken Mahkani, and it was the best Ive had in years, if not ever. My tongue and belly are in ecstasy. They also had fantastic garlic naan and mango lassi. The staff was on top of it, great service, very friendly. Definitely highly recommended! Dont go anywhere else for Indian food in Cobb County! We will be going back frequently!

Everything we ordered was excellent. The menu is huge, has some rarely seen items (e.g. minced lamb samosas) and even includes some Indo-Chinese dishes. The Tandoori chicken tikka was the best Ive had in memory. Head there now while this is still an undiscovered secret - 6pm on a Sat was practically empty!

I went to Moon with my family last night and it was a great experience all around. The pakoras were first rate, the lamb vindaloo was spiced just the way I like it (I asked for it very spicy), and the naan and gulab jamuns were very good as well. We will definitely be back.

Amazing quality food for a decent price. The owners are very friendly and helpful. Though most Indian Restaurants offer more spicy foods then non, Moon Indian offers many non-spicy items and also many vegetarian dishes. The facility is beautiful and clean inside.

I am not a big fan of Indian food, but this food was delicious. The service was kind and professional. The owner was actively involved in its management on a Saturday night, it was clean, and I cannot wait to eat there again. I highly recommend this place.

Had a very nice experience and delicious food. Took party of 8 with only 3 somewhat familiar with Indian cuisine. The staff was super friendly and helpful with helping us select and pick menu items that we may like. I cant wait to go back and try more!

What a great spot just north of Atlanta. Seasoned foodies know that the best ethnic food is found in strip malls, and this place is proof. Impeccable service and authentic, delicious Indian fare. The owner was kind and conversational, too. 10 out of 10!
