I am not in their monthly customer, but I pick food now and then since its way from office. They dont have much varieties in veg. dishes. I have also referred 5 of my friends to this place who are getting food on monthly basis. Couple of weeks back the daily meal I picked was taken home around 5:45 and when we were about to eat sambar was already spoiled. I checked with 2 of my collegues and they also had the same issue. Last week when I wanted to pick food, I wanted to give her my feedback . The owner was so rude. She said I shd. have kept the food in fridge as soon as I picked. when I told her the food was warm when I picked and I did not want to put in fridge. She said she cannot run business without knowing all the rules and she wrote exams before she opened the restaurants. She said she will show me book where it says so. I told her that I dont have time to read that book and she rudely said that she also doesnt have time. I was so surprised at her attitude. I will stop buying from them. I will not encourage my friends from going there. They are doing good business but they dont have courtesy to talk to customer. This business needs some people skill which they definitely lack. I did not ask them for refund or anything, but wanted to give them feedback but they reacted so weird.

I am writing review for the one in odgen avenue only and it was not worth to try also. Highly over peiced food . We ordered a dosa and we can prepare a better one at home and their daal and curries are similar that we can cook better tasty food at home. They should either plan to change the cooks or else half their price and match to tiffin service so someone can digest the type of food they serve at that cost. There are so many decents places nearby and why someone will pay so much for such food in Naperville. I tried this place looking their local advertisements and writing review for first time so other should be aware upfront.

1 star is only for the staff who were friendly otherwise the food is pathetic. We had ordered for 4 vada and the chutney and sambar which comes along with that was sufficient only for 2 and the chutney was stale plus the vada was just plain no masala in it . We had also ordered veg manchuri and it no where close to being that ...probably they could have named it veg ball in corn starch gravy.

This is the first time I want to keep review for a restaurant. Because, in my life I never had a such worst experience ever. Service was to worst they charge the bill for the food which is not served also thats the speciality of this and service was tooo worst instead having food in this restaurant u can watch a movie in that time. I dont have a option to put 0 rating.

Amazing experience! Got a delicious taste of true hyderabadi indian cuisine. I dont usually write a review but this place is a must go for anyone who loves indian food or just misses sumptuous indian food at its finest. The food is prepared quick and the service is awesome. I cant say enough of this place.

Fantastic food. Authentic home-style Indian food including street chaat. Particularly recommend the Ruchi biryani, but be aware its a pretty spicy dish. Great, friendly service. I just moved to the area recently and its become my go-to when we dont feel like cooking.

This is the BEST INDIAN RESTAURANT in the state. The food is amazing it reminders me of my moms cooking when I was living in India. The food feels like its home cooked with mothers love in every dish. I highly recommend this place, I am so addicted to this place. Rahul.

5 Stars all the way. Best Idlis and Masala Dosa in town. Finger lickin would be understatement. Idlis are so soft, they will melt in your mouth. I am a fan of Idlis n Dosas and this is now my goto place in Naperville
