Great easy eatery with delicious pizza. Its pizza after the Chipotle model. You start with a pizza crust and add toppings as you go down the bar. Then they toss it in the oven while you pay, get drinks, and nab a table. They typically call your name after five or ten minutes. Thin crust pizza on a handmade crust. I dont think Ive ever had a bad pie here, and we go quite frequently. They also have beer and wine and organic milk boxes for the kids. They get pretty busy at dinner time, and finding a table can be difficult. Thankfully, the service and the food are both quick and tables seem to usually turn over pretty quickly.

First time here and itll be my last time, staff is rude, I came Friday at 8:10pm, Chose the make my own pizza, she barely put any cheese, the pizza dough was barely cooked all the way, seemed like they just wanted us out of there right away, mentioned that we didnt like the pizza, and they didnt do anything about it, and they started to broom close to our table , as we were walking out of there, we walked past the one girl, and she didnt even say have a good night, so I eneded up just telling her, no type of great customer service! theres other better pizza places, with excellent service so dont bother coming here!

This is a neat concept to have the "chipotle-style" ordering system brought to pizza. The place has a nice clean modern look. Unfortunately I was very disappointed in the pizza here. They were very stingy with all the toppings, sauce and cheese. The result was a very dry and flavor-light pizza. I might have forgiven the sub-average quality if the prices reflected it, but I expected better for what you pay here. Maybe I didnt have the most representative experience here, but Im not rushing to come back.

Okay so ya know i was walking here with my friend Roger (female) and a few others, and we decided to go to Doughocracy. We placed our order and were rudely greeted by a worker when she asked for a name, we said Roger, and she asked for a real name. Like she doesnt know my story. Thennnn we were getting water when another worker rudely yelled at us even though we were acting appropriately and getting water. Food was fine, service not so much.

Very good. Very reasonable. Nothing fancy. You order your pizza, watch their assembly line make it, find a table and they call your name 10 minutes later. A medium pie is $8-12 depending on your toppings. Thin crust. Good pizza all around. You may want 2 pies for 2 if youre big eaters.

Friendly staff for first time customer. Ordered the classic margherita and it took about ten minutes. Got a craft beer recommended by a staff member. Great tasting beer and the thin crust pizza was on point! Could split pizza and drinks with someone for under twenty dollars easy.

Best pizza around as well as having excellent prices. We usually purchase 2 pizzas for our family of 4, for $17.00. add a couple of draft beers and its still less then $25. No waiting and always fast. The best part is building your own pizza.

I love the build your own pizza and the side variety of fresh toppings. The best and most unique part of Doughocracy is the Nutella Bomb. Even if desserts arent your thing, you have to try this ooooey goooey delicious dessert!!!!

Every seat was full but the service is so fast and efficient that we got our food in 10 min or less . Highly recommend this place as other restaurants have an hour to an hour and a half wait and this place was just right

Slow service, bad pizza, cheap with the toppings. The crust was greasy and thin and they barely put any toppings on even my daughters Veg pizza. Cheap with the cheese and even the basil. We wont be back.
