A terrible place to eat. I would give them zero star if there would be any option. We ordered for spaghetti and there was very little amount left. So the guy who served us promised to make some more after requesting. He told it will take about 15 mins, so we decided to come back after 15-20 mins. When we arrived the woman with full of attitude just tells us they dont have any spaghetti left and stood there. We told her that the person told us to come back after 15 mins. But with no apology she says I am the manager and he did it BEHIND ME. I am not sure what was she blaming the guy for. Any way she did not offer any other food, refund or anything. She just stood there and giving us the look that it is our fault. A terrible manager and she should not be working there to take this business down the gutter with poor customer service. As long as this stupid manager ( women with tattoo star in her hand) will be working there we will never visit Sbarro and ask our friends and family to avoid it. Also, the person who made her manager needs to be fired from Sbarro.

I came to the springhill location on 1/3/2017 around 7:20 which was plenty of time before closing and when we arrived there everything was put away already except some slices of old pizza and 3 old strombolis. I asked why they cleaned up 40+ mins to closing and they just looked at me and didnt respond!! They are one of the only places in the mall now to eat adn there is no other Sbarro near us. We drove a good distance to get there and even called ahead to see what their special were and they never said they clleaned up!

I went and visited family and we went shopping at the mall. There was subway and sbarros for lunch choices so we chose sbarros. Wrong decision. Very poor customer service and the cashier was on her phone the entire time, was snotty, and had an attitude towards me. Will never visit this location again because of her customer service.

Extremely bad customer service from the blond girl. Always disrespectful and dishes out attitude. Cant believe they let her work there. Most people I know avoid going there when shes working just because of her attitude.

The food at this particular location, aside from the pizzas, is not acceptable. Even the simplest dish taste disgusting and just a waste of money. Better eat somewhere else.
