IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD! Went here and everything was terrible. We were seated, ordered our food and the waiter repeated everything to us CORRECTLY but 20 minutes later we get our food and everything EVERYTHING was wrong. Then when we asked our waiter to have the cooks fix it, he got an attitude with us. Raised his voice. Walked away from us. Went to get a menu and slammed it in one of my friends face pointing at the picture. Very rude. Then we told him that our food doesnt even look right. I wish we would have taken a picture. The food looked commercialized like everything (pancakes, waffles, eggs (we asked for freshly cracked eggs and he still gave us the fake eggs mix stuff) and the turkey bacon and sausage everything was huge and fluffy). It was a horrible experience and we talked to the manager and left. Im not sure if it was the language barrier or what but either way they didnt get my money and never will. Might just email corporate because this was ridiculous.

My experience is unique. I just left with my daughter. The service was amazing. Our server caught us at the door to say "I hope mommy feels better"! Very classy! My problem is this customer waiting to be seated. She rose a stink because the young hostess was bombarded with 5 guests at the same time. The angry customer keeps Raising her voice and decides to yell at the very calm, mature manager. She then decides to get in is face and say Im calling corporate. Trash! I only write this today so that corporate does have an idea of what happened from a third party. Your staff was great! The customer is not always right!

Horrible!!!!!! I never thought that a waitress was so rude. We barely had just given food and waitress and was giving us the bill, we ended niestro breakfast, we were having coffee and the waitress comes over to say, well, they ate breakfast and dessert, now what? What are they waiting for? (Attitude: Move out already) oseaaa Honda ???????? And I did not put 0 star only because it has the opción.jamas back to step it ihop because actually this woman embittered me my breakfast.

Was waiting for a seat for 2 for 20 minutes the manager wrote our names on the back of the paper for wait. We were the only ones on the back of his paper and he was calling parties that came in long after we came. They forgot about us and there was no hope of ever being called. We asked why we havent been called and the hostess was clueless and said itll be another 15 minutes. We left.

The hostess at the front desk was in and out of the bathroom talking on her phone throughout our nearly 2 hours there. Our waitress was slow at every part of the ordering process and the food took a long time to come. There were only 3 other tables with people seated at them and the service was still poor. Wonder if out waitress was in the back on her cell phone the whole time too?

Food is great for the relatively cheap price, service is exceptional with young lively and friendly servers and hosts and the restaurant has never been unable to host a larger group of patrons. I love the atmosphere here although sometimes a large group of highschoolers/college kids can come in quite late and be rather loud. Other than that its a fantastic place to eat out!

I am at Ihop now. Its my first time. It looks cool. I just ordered coffee. And coffee taste is nice and fresh. I really liked to drink coffee at Schiller Park Dennys and this Ihop. Evanston corner bakery coffee is really sucks. We ordered the food. Food was nice especially appetizers was great. I cant say it was the best but food was fine. Coffee and appetizers were best.

Theres jokes about 24-hour restaurants like Dennys and IHOP being liminal spaces, removed from the mundane plane. Whether or not theyre true, quality at this IHOP is good even if youre visiting at 1am with groggy eyes, looking for pancakes to get you through a long night of homework or studying.

The best IHOP of all of them. Only things that make this one different are service and location. This place is tidy and presentable, cozy and has a just like home feeling. Not sure if Carlos from overnight still works here, but he is easily one of the best servers Ive ever had...anywhere. Period

I asked for a turkey sandwich and 20 min later they told me they ran out of turkey, then I asked for a florentine crepes and they give me just with chicken. I didnt ask for more because my family finished their meal....they just say sorry, but charge even for my husband bread. Worst experience

Best service Ive ever had at a restaurant! Our server was fun and amiable. She stayed on top of things, periodically stopping by to clear plates off the table and refill the coffee pot. When we were ready to leave, she brought us coffee to go and a handful of creamer cups.

Worst customer service and food was cold. Server didnt bring my complete order even after he wrote it down! Manager was rude as well! Ive never been to a place where the manager was just as disrespectful as the server even after I explained what happened in a calm manner.

Food was good, service needs help. Looked like they were under staffed, or servers were not trained properly. Our server never came to check up on us, we had to wave him down several times for; refills, utensils, boxes, check. He also got our order wrong.

Service is average, food is great. - No WiFi! It said that there is, but when I asked the manager he said that they didnt have any. Ive been here a could of times in the past months. I wish they removed the "WiFi" sign.

I walked in with a group of four and was promptly seated. There was not a large amount of customers, and there was plenty of staff. After ten minutes of waiting, nobody came to serve us. Walked out and went to Culvers.

I want to love this place but service has declined every single time. Im usually there at least once a month but have decided to look for a new breakfast place and just wait for the Melrose Park location reopens.

I had a waiter by the name of luis, he was a kind, warm hearted, gentle soul. He was one of the best of waiters that ever attended me. He was pretty attractive, and it looks like he been hitting the gym.

Coffee was brought fast with nothing to stir in it for 20 minutes Unwelcome when we walked in A bunch of young employees at the entrance all nervous and irritated I dont think this is a good place

They overcooked my omelette, and the waitress just never came back and asked how things were. And then when I got up to use the mens room they cleaned up my table without asking if I was done.
