Dont go to this Taco Bell! Ive waited over twenty minutes in the drive thru, along with 5 vehicles (including mine), and after I finally got my order they managed to mess up my order too! For some odd reason, got a double decker instead of a beef burrito supreme and got an steak quesadilla rather than the chicken quesadilla Ive ordered. While looking inside of the drive thru window, there were only two employees working there and one of them was just standing by the register doing an half-assed job at sweeping the floor.

Everytime we go here we seem to get home extremely mad cause we wailt forever for our food and its missing parts of the order and the food sucks! Tonight our nachos qere made halfassed barely any toppings, tacos were missing and the tacos we did recieve were stale. Im so sick of dealing with this place, so we will only visit the one in Oak Creek or Franklin where they actually care about the quality of the food and accuracy. Ironic that the drive thru girl begged for us to take the survey tonight! Pathetic!

This location has been consistently slow, didnt apologize for said slow times, never gave a receipt, and wrong with their orders. i.e., they give us the wrong item, or give us the right item with the wrong ingredients. This on top of the fact that the wait for a six item order is almost 20 minutes. This is absolutely unacceptable. I am appalled by the management allowing this to happen at this establishment. Never have I had such an experience at Taco Bell, and I am extremely disappointed.

I think the entire staff needs to go, all they did was argue with each other about the work they had to do while it was a busy lunch hour. Had to wait almost 25 minutes for lunch. So much for fast food. Where are all the people that care about their jobs and their customers, remember taco bell workers if you dont have customers you wont have JOBS!!!

This is actually a Taco Bell and Pizza Hut Express, I cant speak to the Taco Bell side but I can say that the quality of the Pizza Hut side is always pretty good, this is a fast food restaurant so if you want a high quality pizza go somewhere else but for someone that just needs a little quick pizza this is not a bad option!

I usually go here to get my Taco Bell since I live fairly close. Today I was in the drive through for 25+ minutes and they took over five min to get 5 cars meals including my own. They even got the order wrong and they didnt apologize for slow service, shouldve just went to the one in Oak Creek.

Worst Taco Bell ever - they never seem to get the order right. Today I sat for 15 minutes in the drive through lane. The inside is old and dirty. I would normally avoid this place, but wanted a soda. The only reason I would stop here is because of Pepsi products served.
