If i could put 0 Stars I would. Last nights service (3/10/16 from 545pm to 630pm) was the worst i have ever had at any restaurant. To start, i brought in a buy a meal get a meal coupon. The waitress proceeds to tell me that all wings were on special. I asked if i could use the coupon and still get the special on wings and she said yes. So i ordered 6 boned, and 6 boneless wings. Plus an additional 12 boned to go. We were later told that the boned were no longer on special and we would have to pay full price. I feel that the wings were told to me that they were on special and that we should have got them at that price. Later my wife ordered extra condiments with her meal, she proceed to ask for them 3 time and never received them. In addition to all of this, i was told even tho i ordered 6 wings i would have to pay for 7 because that is the minimum i was allowed to order. I only recieved the 6. When it came time to pay the bill, i was charged for everything (remember i had a coupon that i asked about before i ordered anything.) I asked about this, the waitress said she would take care of it, then i hear the cashier say that they could not take the meal off with the coupon, it would have to be the wings because they are considered a meal and the lowest priced food on the bill. I went on to tell the waitress i was displeased with the service by telling her this is the worst experience and that we would never return to the establishment again. I promptly signed my receipt and left. My wife following a little behind me, was stopped and harassed by the waitress and cashier. She was told mistakes happens, and my wife replied with yes, but several were made and we had to pay for all the mistakes. They then got in her face, and was loudly and rudely telling her to leave now and not worry about it because she was never coming back again. The total amount of the bill was not that much i know, but it was the fact that the service and what was promised to me was never met. Additionally, those to ladies should never had acted like they did in front of all the customers and to my wife. Again we will never return to this location, and maybe to any other wings location again.

This was my first coming to Wings Etc, and it will be the last. Me and my girlfriend went there for dinner to try it out, Im African American and my girlfriend is mixed. We were the only people of color in there that night. Our server was nice. but the managers were a different story.....The two mangers that were literally went to every single table and asked all the customers how they were doing... We were there for almost two hours and not once were we asked if our food was okay or if everything was alright with us. Dont managers normally ask that when people are coming into their restaurant spending money? When I asked the manager why no one came to our table and checked on us, his exact words were "JUST BECAUSE IM THE MANAGER I DONT HAVE TO CHECK ON YOU, TAKE IT UP WITH THE OWNERS" ... I said "WHAT?????? that doesnt even make sense"...Your suppose to ALWAYS check on your customers!! I asked him in a polite tone. HE became extremely rude and slammed a bowl on the table and told us to leave and told us that our money didnt matter, and called me and my girlfriend "Trash" and said began yelling at us calling us more names. All of that because I asked him why he didnt check on us?!??!! Im going to make sure this is known, DO NOT GO TO WINGS ETC. If your black you can forget about good service. This place should be shut down for having a racist manager who calls a person names that just spent money in their restaurant. A disgusting experience.

We were just in the restaurant and had pretzel bites that were over cooked and then my wife had a cold wing mixed in with her meal. After the owner compensated the meal I was more than willing to give it a try again in a month or so but then the bar waitress that the owner stated had been there over a year came and slammed the ticket on our table and walked on with an attitude because I had to bring her the ticket and had to ask to be cashed out as I stated sarcastically that "I knew" we she was busy... if you have dissatisfied customers I recommend tending to their needs and getting them out of your establishment. I was fully prepared to give the waitress a tip that was 20% of what the bill would have been as she did an average job but with her attitude I wrote $2.00 and my wife completely objected based upon her attitude at the conclusion of the dining experience. We have been there a hundred times in the past but do find this inexcusable especially as the owner made excuses for her staff instead of recognizing the true issue and addressing it. There truly is a reason they continue to have less and less business. I hope they find the truth in the reasons and rebuild the business as it once was. Wont be coming back. Theres a true reason this restaurant is getting 3 or less stars ratings.

My husband, daughter and I went in one night for a late night meal. When we recieved our first order the burger was half done the hot wings was mushy. So the waiter agreed to replace it for us and asked how do we want it to be? We all said well done... The next order we recieved was even worst, the hot wings were terrible and fried so hard the meat inside was hard and unable to be eaten, the burger was hard and burned . The next day we called to complain and the manager mike was not friendly and very disrespectful, also very argumental. We will never go there again!!! Not a nice place for new comers...

Absolutely horrible. Ordered ultimate nachos. I got a plate full of dry chips and lettuce, a few bites of old chicken tenders chopped up. Asked for more cheese since I had a plate of dry nachos. When the bill came they charged me for extra cheese. I asked to speak with the manager. He was nice but refused to take "extra cheese" charge off my bill. I showed him the plate of dry nachos. He said he was sorry I felt that way. Wow. Never going back there. $12 plate of chips with a few sprinkles of cheese and old, dry chicken.

I generally enjoy going here to eat I am very displeased with the fact I just called to place an order for 100 wings at 10:26 pm and they told me they were closed. Then had another friend call at ten till and they answered phone without saying a Damn word as soon as he said hello they hung up ridiculous childish bullshit and I would fire any employee that worked for me that is taking away from my profit margins if I was the owner of this establishment thinking very strongly about my return business
