For this place to be brand spankin new, it sure is dirty. I went in for the first time last week and was very put off. The place was filthy first observation. I walk up to counter and not even greeted in a friendly manner by the so called "owner". Needless to say not impressed with his customer service skills. Definitely need someone friendlier as the first face you meet not the condescending owner. Only reason I gave it two stars was for the simple fact that the girls making the actual subs were friendly and nice. Honestly dont think I will ever set foot in this place again and have already dissuaded multiple people from even trying it out. A Jersey Mikes would have been way better in its place.

I ordered the meatball sandwich, the sauce was BURNT! when the sandwich was made where the meatballs were on the bottom, yes bread facing up! the other sandwich we ordered was the steak and cheese. the bread was mush, there was supposed to be sautéed onions & green peppers. there was like a piece of each on the sandwich. many other sandwich places in area, save your money. this might be the most disappointed sandwich I ever had!!

Overall I was disappointed in eating here. The price for a sandwich was something like $7, no fries, and I couldnt get a cup for water, only bottled water. The girl working at the counter took a while to acknowledge that I was standing in line ready to order. Not my cup of tea.

I have been here a couple of times and I have never had a problem with their food. I think its excellent. I waited like 8mins for my food to be ready. Im a patient person and I am hungry. Complaining doesnt get the food done faster. I like the place.

This is a better version of Quizno. I thought I will never find a good sub restaurant until I try them. Six thumbs up!!! Hero sub is awesome! Philly steak sub is great! You can try different sauces on your sandwich. Its worth the trip

Poor service. The wait was forever and I didnt even get greated by anyone when I walked in. It seems like theres no leadership at this store or set agenda everyone just kinda standing around not knowing what they should be doing.

Great place! Greater sandwiches. Well worth the price. They pile on the meat unlike subway who gives you a slice thinner than paper. Friendly workers. Owner is a great man. Had the pleasure to meet him. Overall great place!
