Went here for years and was very cool with the manager who let me sit in there while I waited for my bus but they have new management now and the place has gone downhill rapidly, I will never come here again, definitely worst quality Mr Subs in Chicago, customer service is absolutely horrible and disrespectful, you can expect to wait 30 minutes for fries. This is the only place Ive ever called to complain and I will never in my life give them my business again.

Actually a zero customer service stinks... Went in there and the guy giving me an attitude cause I bought 5 subs and chicken tenders... I am a paying customer with no attitude do not deserve attitude cause u can not watch ur game... The place was empty besidea me and my brother..If anyone has a manager number please advise... It was totally uncalled for...

As i sit here.. me and my gf and her son look in horror at what this man has served us. Fries where cold, gyro sub didnt even look edible. And her sons sub was all greasy from the bottom bun and he only had a cold turkey sub.. no wonder they have no customers..

It use to be a great place,now this place fell off. i went here the other day and ordered a turkey sandwich. The mexican instead stacked it with mad lettuce and 4 measly strips of turkey. Waste of my money..

They charged my debit card $62.74 for a $6 sub and to add insult to injury they added cheese to my sandwich when i specifically said NO CHEESE!
