Once I made it to the front of the line to order , I was greeted. I asked the server when will there be more string beans and potatoes. She said " the string beans would be ready in 5 minutes and I dont know when the potatoes will be ready". She never asked the cook or walked in the back to check. I decided to get the rice and it was very good. ALL of the ladies behind the counter had long hair with no hair net. I found that to be unsanitary. Also, the servers wasnt wearing plastic gloves. Again, very unsanitary. One of the ladies behind the counter wiped her face with her fore arm. The lobby was dirty but someone did come out to clean shortly after I sat down to eat. The overall experience was ok but the ladies walking around with long hair and no hair nets made the visit questionable. Please address this issue. They looked hot and irritated.

The service at your Boston Market was so wonderful on Easter Sunday. All your employees worked together as a team, everyone was so nice and friendly, and the customers were taken care of quickly and efficiently. I always enjoy going to this Boston Market! The service os always great! Sharyelle and Danielle are 2 of my favorites here. I also think that newcomer Megan is really good with the customers! She may turn into one of the best employees here! On one other note- Bring back the Fish dinner and how about offering a smaller size Pop? You only have the one big size.

Never had a problem with customer service only thing I dont like the ribs but the other items like chicken , meatloaf etc.. were extremely good I will continue to give Boston market my business. Customer service is always excellent!

Food was good as always- always feels like Thanksgiving in there! Service was mostly good, although the two clerks did seem a bit flustered when the line got 2-3 customers deep and didnt really clean up tables until later on.

This location is always clean and the staff is courteous. Food is always consistent here also. The only negative is that they can be very slow when theres a line...they dont seem to be ready for crowds.

WORST RIBS I HAVE TASTED IN MY LIFE! !! MY WIFE HATES THE CHICKEN, NOT COOKED ALL THE WAY THRU.Ribs were fatty, and had a horrible taste. My dog loved them.
