It would be an understatement to call his place bad. Although the staff is nice, the food looks like its been out together carelessly. I usually dont complain about what I get at taco bell because I know its not going to be great, but I was surprised to look inside my food and find that the beans were on one side and cheese another. They get a lot of business and have a lot of potential but dont use it to their advantage.

We came to visit Chicago from MN the girl working drive threw acted like she didnt know how to take our order pulled up to the window she ask if we were #11 no we gave the order about 3 times she ask us to go back around manager threaten to call police & have driver put in jail they were really mean to us....once we get back to MN TB will never get our business again

I was there today and the manager was not nice to a costumer about her drink and myself l had a free coupon for a free taco and l ask to make it a Supreme he sad no and l sad to I should have been able to pay the difference and he said oh and I said thats okay

Service was fine, but whoever is making food back there uses no common sense. Ordered a few cheesy gordita crunch. They had no meat!!!! You could take the meat from all 3 and you still wouldnt have enough to make 1 taco. Ridiculous. I am never going back there

Received the wrong order. I drove back around and let them know it was wrong. Five minutes later i received the same exact wrong order. They didnt even bother correcting my food. I guess they just stood around talking before handing back their poor service.

The services suck!!! Waited in an drive through for 20 mins . Customer service was horrible. The employees arent professional. The food wasnt fresh ( meaning it wasnt hot nor was it warm ). Wasnt happy will not be going back .
