Im very disappointed about their service. They really should not have the motto " Have it your way". I always ask for the onion rings to be cooked well done because oftens times theyre cold and so soft to the point that the breading falls off. I ask the person at the window if the onion rings were cooked well done and the reply is always yes, when in fact hey are not. Im tired of it! Im officially boycottingthe North Chicago Burger King. I dont care if they are offering me a free meal. Not only that their phone number listed here doesnt even work. Go figure!

I have ordered from her three times in the past two months hoping that they wont mess up my order.. but always seem to do so.. from burnt puck like burgers to missing more then one item I purchased.. to missing change back when I pay.. they get confused easily whether I speak to them in English or Spanish.. worst burger king I have ever been to.. & has ruined my experience to ever go back to any burger king ever again. Might as well go to the Wendys next door, or other chain restaurants within the half mile radius.

horrible customer service. There was a customer in front of me who had been waiting for his order for a long time even though the restaurant was basically empty except for myself and a few other patrons. When the young man asked the manager, the manager looked dead at him and completely ignored him. I dont know if it was a race thing, but it was completely unprofessional.

I bought a sausage egg n cheese croissant this morning. It was not done the bread was still soft it wasnt roasted or anything the meat was not Cooked. When I returned it to the manager she had the nerve to have an attitude then I ordered something else. She threw my food on the counter like I wasnt standing there.
